Arrived in a timely matter and the quality exceeded my expectations.Sufficent amount of space to store some pillows and throws and everyone comments on how they like it and want to get one.

I wanted to love this. It's sturdy, Love the glass top. It looks and feels solid. Only problem is the color. I had to go back and see if I accidentally ordered a gray one. Apparently, there is no gray one. Just "brown" and tan. Perhaps this is brown if it had been sitting in the sun for years and became sun bleached. I really wanted this to match my furniture because I loved the idea of storage. But unfortunately, my set is too nice to have such a large mismatched piece no matter how nice it is. I recommend this item if you don't mind that it's not truly brown.

The 2 pistons for closing the lid were stuck. Customer service suggested that I order another one. I did and it was defective too.

So far this is perfect - we love the size and height and the storage is an added bonus.

Broken hinge. Called customer support. Emailed pictures no response more than a week later.

I love this coffee table. It goes great with the matching end table and the sectional. Great storage area in the coffee table and end table.

Very sturdy. Great for storage. Just couldn't get the hinges to assemble correctly.

I am still waiting on a response from Hampton Bay with regards to sending a defective one. The pressure cylinders do not work to open and I called a week ago and is yet to receive email confirmation as promised that they are addressing the issue.

Well I ordered a Hampton Bay set that was supposed to come with an end table and this coffee table. WELL IT DID NOT! Called HD.COM. Went into the store. No luck. The product was conveniently pulled off their website but luckily I took a screen shot. Long story short I got ripped off. Never again with anything seasonal. ItCost me $350 to get what should have came with it and received $165 back. Now the good news. We loved this set so much we bought another end table to go with the other one and the coffee table. The wicker is quality. The construction is some of the best I have seen come out of China. Meticulously packaged as well, again best ever. Every bracket that would take a screw had a rubber piece protecting it. Foam sheets between each piece. Assembly was no issue. Remember do not tighten until everything is together. If your surface is unlevel shim the corner or the top may not shut flush. Went with the Sunbrella cushions. We spend so much more time outside now. Also the wicker was darker than the picture which was even better. Also tempered glass top. Highly recommend this product.
