Does not heat our 10x20 room as well as we thought it would. It’s only good for supplemental heating. Definitely will not do 1000 sq/ft as advertised.

This heater increases the temperature of my first floor by 4 degrees. I highly recommend it. The square feet of my first floor is 1125 sq feet.

Ordered on February 7th recieved in good condition however upon turning unit on it sounds like a soda can in a blender. Called customer service and was advised that I would get a replacement unit. Well it's now March and no update, nothing. Avoid this product it's very cheap in materials and no customer service if there's a problem.

Cute little heater was easy to assemble. Just had to attach the four feet. It is not too noisy but it is not silent either. Faux flames are relaxing and it puts out great heat. I am using it as additional heat for a 550 sq. ft. concrete slab room. It does a great job. Four temperature settings cover all the bases. Heats up the room way faster than the electric radiator heater I was using before this one. Can't beat the price and super fast delivery.

I love my new fireplace heater. It not only looks realistic but does a great of heating up the room!

Didn't work when delivered. Issue with heating element. Customer service gave me the run around. Messed with it and got it working. Now it turns off randomly, even when not too hot. Makes a loud screeching sound when turned on. Does not heat 1000 sqft.

I have ordered another similar electrical fireplace from other source for another room because it was on sale with big discount and I can compare: Hampton Bay Legion that I got from HD is the same size as my other fireplace, the same price but far superior in heat delivered and how realistic the flame looks. I am very happy with this unit as of now. I am not sure how long it will last, we are using it daily to heat our bedroom through the night, we'll see. But for $109 it is a very good buy for us. Also, we did not have time to compare electrical efficiency. Our bedroom was heated with electrical oil radiator before. We will see at our next electrical bill if there is a difference. Delivery was very fast and prompt. Item is very good looking.

Adorable addition to our master suite that gets a bit chilly at times due to its location in the home.

When I first got this I could hear a screw rattling around in it but it worked anyway. After using it for a week or so the element stopped heating. I was going to return it but I unplugged it and waited and it started working again. I stored it in an outer room for the summer. After bringing it in the house for the winter and turning it on, again it did not heat the element. I unplugged it and waited then plugged it in and it worked. Now, after using it for a week or so I have noticed that it never turns off and the plug and half of the power cord isn’t just warm, it is hot. I am going to have to find another heater, unfortunately. I like this one and have an additional one in another bedroom that has no problems. Sad. I’m not even going to donate this one as I don’t want to burn someone’s house down.

Looks great and love the panoramic view - flames are quite realistic. Moves a lot of air and heats area quickly. Very happy with purchase!

poor quality, item returned for refund

Was making a noise when I received it from the Home Depot I am not sure what it is but I am going to return it to Home Depot because it is getting louder and more annoying as it is used. The heating part seems to be working fine but the flame effects is not up to standard for me

To be a small heater it works wonderfully and heats up our great room with no problems. The flames look so real also. Just a heater for the cost
