One of the chairs broke

Purchased 2 months ago & we really enjoy these chairs! Found assembly easy (although we used our own tools) & they're a great fit with other chairs on our deck. Came earlier than expected & comparably priced

These chairs look very stylish and feel extremely comfortable. The assembly was not difficult. The swivel feature makes them easy to turn as needed. I am very pleased with these chairs.

requires several hours to assemble. inefficient. Also the rubber supports that go underneath the base, easily come off with a bit of friction once being used normally.

Nice chairs for the money though getting them was a royal pain. Two arrived in a box as planned then things turned south. One had the wrong lumbar metal rod so it could not be assembled but following instructions led me to not knowing this until almost done assembling. The other chair had lousy stitching not in a straight line and has loose ends. Quality contral team gets an F for failing to catch these mistakes. After an unreasonably long phone call to address the issue we deceided to order another set of chairs and swap parts with the ones we needed, if they were better. This approach worked and I returned the problem box the the local store, told them the problem and they gave a refund for the first box of chairs.

If you feel like your falling forward than you have the T piece backwards, had to redo one. Now its awesome!
