Chairs went together very easily. Had issue with one chair. Called customer support for part, came in following week. All six chairs and two tables are on patio and very comfortable.

Solidly built. Good looking. Aluminum should stand the test of time vs steel products. Assembly process was easy. Table has adjustable feet to keep it from rocking on uneven surfaces.

The Hampton Bay Riverbrook Shell White Padded Swivel Aluminum Sling Outdoor Dining Chairs (2-Pack), are comfortable swivel dining/lounging chairs that will match most any outdoor decor, making them the perfect addition to your patio, porch or poolside entertaining area. The durable aluminum frames and UV protected sling fabric make them rust and weather resistant. The chairs come well packaged in a sturdy shipping carton. The chairs are easy to assemble and once assembled they are very comfortable. The manufacture includes extra hardware for the assemblies. I found it easier to use my own wrenches rather that the ones supplied with the assembly hardware. These chairs swivel easily and they will support in excess of 250 pounds. Note that these do not “rock” like other similar chairs.

The paint finish on the aluminum frame is coated well I didn’t see any bare metal. It’s aluminum so the frame will last forever. The chairs look like they need a cushion on them. They don’t there very comfortable with good support. The chairs are very light which is great if your always moving furniture around. Assembly was fairly simple I assembled mine in my living room. To make assembly a little quicker leave all the hardware loose until it’s fully assembled then tighten everything up.

These chairs came packed in a very sturdy box with extra padding to ensure damage free transportation. Everything is included in the box, including all the tools needed. The tools and small parts are shrink wrapped on cardboard. I was able to leave individual items on the cardboard until they were needed. This ensures nothing is lost in the process. As an added benefit they included an extra one of each bolt, washer, and nut. I found it very easy to follow the instructions to assemble the chairs. The downloadable BILT app includes some tips that make assembly even easier. I chose the aluminum chairs so that they are lighter than the steel chairs. The critical t-shaped base of the chair bucket is steel. Once the t-shaped base is inserted into the chair base it provides the swivel action, and a slight rocking action. The chair bucket is at a good height. The curve in the seat back gives my back the support it needs to sit comfortably. The chairs are very easy to move around. In the morning they can be used to watch the sunrise. During the day they can be moved to the sun porch or the patio. In the evening they can be moved again to watch the sunset.

I took my time and assembly took about an hour to put both of them together. These aluminum chairs were easy to put together and the build quality of them is very nice. Great finish and comfortable to sit in. Also very light thanks to them being aluminum. The instructions were good, mounting the base to the bottom of the chair wasn’t clear so I downloaded the BILT app (Link included ) and it was clear exactly how to assemble it. Very impressed with these and highly recommend them. Look forward enjoying them this spring on the patio. See the attached pics below.

These chairs seem comfortable. The padding is minimal and built into the set, but still comfortable.. They swivel 360 degrees and rock a little. You could rock them a little more, but that causes the base to come off the ground. They require assembling which took me 60-90 minutes for both. They have good instructions and come with assembly tools, although using your own tools may speed up the assembly process. Overall, they seem like good quality. Hopefully, they do well in rain and sun. They were delivered strapped to a pallet and have a good bit of packaging. On the good side, they arrived in good condition.

The chairs came in one box, so some assembly was required, but it wasn’t too bad. The first chair took me about 30 minutes because I had to keep referring to the directions, but the second only took 15 minutes once I knew what I was doing. The parts and hardware were nicely packed and it was relatively easy to assemble. The chairs are pretty light since they are aluminum, but they feel solid and sturdy. I’m about 220 lbs. and they support me without an issue. They rotate 360 degrees and have a slight rocking motion to them as well. The seats aren't 'cushioned', but they are comfortable to sit on and look great. They are labeled on the box as ‘dining chairs’, but they can also be used as lounge chairs for a patio or porch. I can't wait to use them on my back porch this spring.

These chairs are comfortable and look wonderful on our patio.

Bought when on sale at 40% off + 10% HD credit card offer discoubnt so price was reasonable. Adequate for our remodeled porch area.

Love these chairs....beautiful

We are quite happy with these chairs. They are light weight and blew over in a bit of a storm so if you live in a windy area I wouldn’t recommend them. They are comfortable and I’m hoping they will stand up to the Arizona sun. Assembly took about 1 hour for the first one but after that it was around 1/2 hour. Unpacking was tedious but they came undamaged so I won’t complain.

1st thing I did after assembly was buy a drill-driver set of allen wrenches. Chairs went together easy enough-time consuming. But finished product is beautiful. Home Depot needs to hire more people for customer service-normally 2 posted at counter, still a busy place, waited 20 minutes to pick up chairs I could have had in my truck(they were sitting 'right there') before CSR was able to talk to me.

Great looking and comfortable. The instructions need a bit more to understand therm. I went to you tube to figure it out.

These padded sling chairs are extremely comfortable. We have had them for several weeks and are pleased with them. Assembly was straightforward, they went together nicely as long as you only tighten all the fasteners after complete assembly! My only complaints are that the welds are very poorly laid and ground down! The welds are sticking the pieces together but…are not quality! Customer service is top notch, one of the seat pads was not sewn completely across the front. The stitching was coming loose on the underside and was going to get worse with a persons weight on the seat. Called the number for service and provided a description and picture of the defect. Three days later received the replacement! I believe we will be enjoying these chairs for quite some time, they are out of the elements on our sun porch. They look great with our new 4 pc seating set, I wish I had purchased 2sets of these chairs and gotten a stand alone loveseat! Great deal with the sale price! (If you overlooked the shoddy welds)

This chair is very comfortable. I love the high back. The padded seating and back make it very enjoyable and relaxing to sit in. It was a little hard to put together but once done we have enjoyed our chairs very much.

less than a year they became so loud to use. Any turning or rocking is accompanied by the worst and loudest squeaking and squealing I've ever heard from one of these chairs. They are useless!

I was disappointed that the seats stayed really wet after a rain. I was looking for a chair where I did not have to bring in the cushions when it rained so I thought this was a good solution.

These chairs are exactly what I was looking for to add seating to a smaller front porch area. The chairs are comfortable, rock and swivel as expected, and were reasonable to put together (approx 1 hour for the two chairs.)
