These chairs are exactly what I was looking for to add seating to a smaller front porch area. The chairs are comfortable, rock and swivel as expected, and were reasonable to put together (approx 1 hour for the two chairs.)

We tried these out in the store and found them to be very comfortable, especially for people with back pain. They are lightweight and easy to move. Chair cushions are easily tied onto the frame. The swivel feature is a plus. They took some time to assemble, but this could be done by one person.

Don’t buy it…looked like I welded it together and I’m no welder. Also Hampton Bay badge was crooked…sent it back as I only got the table the chairs came a month later . Sent everything back-just plain China crap.

the seat holds rain water and makes the chair useless after rain. i am buying covers

I had four very similar chairs that were very weathered so was delighted but wary when these came online at Home Depot at a great price. They were delivered quickly and packaged very well. My daughter was here to help with assembly which was a blessing because four hands were necessary. All the right parts (plus one extra of each) were neatly packaged and well-marked. The first chair went together without a hitch by following the instructions and the second one proved to be more of a challenge because the piece that connects the back of the chair and the seat were misaligned. Due to my daughter's determination, we had to take that piece apart and realign before proceeding. Using our own tools was a must because the little wrench included couldn't get the job done. Except for this one misaligned piece, it probably took us about 30 minutes per chair and believe me we are novices. Then, the final test...and all was well. The chairs swivel well, slightly rock, and the light padding adds to the comfort. We were proud of our accomplishment and very pleased with the finished product. Hoping they last 7-years like our last set which were left outside all year.

I have the Hampton Bay Statesville set that is discontinued and needed extra chairs. I purchased the set of 2 Riverbrook expresso brown chairs and it’s a close enough match. I can see the color difference but no one else will. It’s defining brown and the Statesville is grey/black but it works. The Statesville also has more lumbar support than the Riverbrook.

This was an outstanding purchase. The chairs took some time to put together but are very well built and comfortable.
