Installed & functional.

Easy to put up. Sounds good. Used it for someone's apartment in independent living.

Good quality for the price !

Purchased one doorbell, DOA (dead on arrival). Called customer service. Went through setup, sync, etc. and it would not work. Returned to Home Depot and bought another. Same thing.

It was easy to set up and once it was set up and working, it worked ,it was like music to my ear.

Easy to install and works as expected.

the doorbell is fine. I wished it included the batteries because it added 10$ to my purchase. I was sent all over the store trying to find it. I don't blame the associates because they sent me to places that you'd think it would be. It wasn't in the door isle but the electronics.

Unfortunately I had to return the unit. I couldn't get it to work. I checked everything out, new batteries and all suggested solutions to no avail. Hampton Bay has historically been aq good product for me but not this one....

never worked returned and the next one did in store .

We are disappointed with this doorbell. The push button only works about 1 in 10 times.

Another example of fine Chinese workmanship.

The doorbell has been very unreliable, working some days and not others. I'd like to return it to the store, but I don't they'd take it back as I have already throw out the packaging.
