I really like the easy installation of this doorbell. I am now having a problem with the doorbell being activated by some type of interference. Is this a common problem?? If so what is the resolution?

I bought this thing and then had to go back and get the doorbell because it didn't come with one and then when I put the batteries in the batteries got hot and melted. I don't know if this was a bad one but I am returning it

easy to make work, but they don't tell you that you need to buy the door bell button separately, who knew, also if you want the 3rd ring on the door bell that's a choice you also have to buy one more thing separately, kind of sneaky in my opinion. Other than that I love it. They really need to tell you on the outside of the box not on the inside pamphlet that these things are not included.

Despite requiring batteries for use, I prefer this chime to the bland plug in version with the wireless doorbell kit. Although "fashion" may be pushing it, it is a well concealed chime that you can hide among other decor where you would like to be able to hear the doorbell. The kit claims a 150 ft range. I have mine located on the opposite end of my house and up one floor at a direct distance of roughly 100 ft (plus all the walls floors, furniture in between). The chime has a loud volume and no delay. Easy to sync with your Hampton Bay doorbell push button (not included)

I must say that this is a very unique ideal for a chime. It fits well with my home decor. I am happy I purchased it which it was priced right for my pocketbook. Easy installation without any hang ups!

I decided on the Hampton Bay wireless fashion vase door bell as a secondary door bell to my existing door bell, I liked the wireless feature because i could take it out to my backyard outdoor kitchen and it matches the decor and still hear the door bell, the adjustable volume is awesome and the 3 different tunes is a added feature which helps me to hear it better, it's great when my guest tell me my Vase on the fireplace mantle is ringing.

Wish I'd thought of getting one of these sooner. I can't hear my wired doorbell when I'm in the backyard, where I am most of late spring, summer and early fall. With this doorbell vase (receiver portion) I have an answer to that problem. The vase concept is great----it fits in perfectly with my outdoor flower pots and yard decor. It's stylish looking and can be moved anywhere. The chime, I think they call it Westminster, is lovely. You can even adjust the volume on the vase. You do need to get the push button bell portion (I would call that the transmitter part) for this to work. This system would also work well for indoors when a wired bell no longer works or someone has no other doorbell. Such a great find!
