Great so far perfect meets our needs.

Shed is sturdy. All 4 outer corner strip edges and eaves required premiering, before I could paint. Clean up was an 8 out of 10.

Great quality shed, and the installers were wonderful to work with.

The installation was on time and easy! Lance did a perfect job! The quality of the shed is really great! When I ordered the wrong window Handy Home deliberated the correct size! They were great!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shed is actually the Monarch 10x8 but there was not an option on previous screen. We purchased this a couple months back in hopes to have it set up before the snows. There was such an issue getting it delivered, in which we paid to have delivered to our door, that it came 2 days before a big snow storm and here it sits in our driveway waiting for good weather to set the floor and get it up. I just hope that it is worth it all. Some parts were damaged and they were quick to replce those items.

Overall I'm happy with my storage shed and the installation. My only concern is my floor creaks and makes a lot of noises when I walk on it. Sounds and feels like the wood flooring is flexing on the support 2x4's that it's laying on. I think more nails should have been used to secure it to the base. Better yet, screws would have been better and held the flooring down tighter. It's an attractive shed and just the right size for the average residential property.

Getting install to actually happen was very difficult. It got cancelled last minute twice. The regional manager was helpful in getting it done, and the installer was good.

The experience of purchasing this product through home depot was all good. I have issues with the quality of the product, the installation process and the company that installed it. It is the right size for my intentions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a really nice shed - we dressed it up by adding siding for a skirt and some board and batten to make it look trimmed up and finished.

The contractor is obviously overloaded and not able to meet reasonable due dates. They have informed me that they cannot build the shed for an additional month... the 23rd of September. Extremely poor customer service from both Home Depot and the building contractor.

Because of rain, and building took 3 days because of that, but on the whole, everything went OK. I would have liked to know that the delivery date in the email would not be the date the materials actually arrive at the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just started putting it together. Although it was supposed to be premium wood some of the 2x4's were bowed and and didn't even look like grade two. If you change your Phillips screws to torque it would be stronger. Ok for a weekend project.

The pictures of the shed are misleading. It appears that you are going to get 3 windows. Read the description carefully. It only comes with one. If you have trouble don't contact Home Depot. Home Depot has nothing to do with your purchase. I'm sure they end up with your money but they won't help.

I have no issues with the shed nor the installation, with the following exception. The installers failed to leave the key to the lock. I responded to the follow up e-mail, and sent a separated e-mail concerning my issue. I have not received a response to either. Its been two weeks. Its obvious to me the three day follow up to see if I was satisfied means nothing more than checking a box for some process they really don't care about.
