The lamps are beautiful and casted a warm, inviting glow will they worked. Unfortunately, the LED light doesn't last very long. After only a year, one light went out completely and a few months later the other one went out. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the quality of the LED or just with my particular lamp, but it's definitely a big downside.

Purchased two of these lights Nov, 2020. Both lights do not even emit light anymore. Complete waste of over $150. Price went up $30 each I see (to $109 ea.). Why I'm not sure, but I would not buy. I will go to a fixture with replaceable LEDs. Period. Any review over a '1' must be by the company employees trying to boost the reviews. They certainly aren't from people who purchased the lights a while back expecting to get years of service.

DO NOT PURCHASE! I would give zero stars if I could, as I bought 7 of these and already replaced one and 2 others the led, which cannot be replaced, have burnt out.

Doesnt last long at all. It says should last 7-10 years but one of mine lasted 3 months maybe the other a week.

I bought 7ea. of the LED-HD501 BK lanterns less than 1 year ago and already 3 have failed and it sucks because you can't replace the LED's....so now I have to buy new lanterns...and I WILL NEVER AGAIN buy the LED-HD501 BK (TAKE THEM OFF THE SHELF OR INFORM PEOPLE THAT THEY SUCK!!!!!!)

Light last two years and both burned out at the same time. You can not replace the bulb and of course no warranty last for two years. To expensive to replace with the same thing every two years

We purchased 4 a little over a year ago, 2 have already stopped working! Not happy!

I’ve bought 3 of these lights, two different times. They last 1-2 years at the very most. Home Depot keeps raising the price and expects you to pay the difference in price just to replace an item under warranty. This product is junk. DO NOT BUY!

I have 3 of these lights. The first went out within a year but I was able to disassemble it, cut the light disk out and replace it with a regular light bulb socket with 1/8-IP medium base. Works great! And the bulb will be easy to change when it goes out next time.

Expectations met. Beautiful when on at night!

Like the lanter. However this is a replacement for one that only lasted 2 years. No receipt couldn’t return.

Installed two of the smaller lights on either side of the garage at my Mom’s house, and one of the larger ones near the front door. One of the smaller ones died just a couple of months from warranty expiration. Took some time to track down how to get the warranty honored. Then two weeks later the other one went out too. Found out i could take them to a HD store for a swap, once i found a store that stocked some. Now, one of the replacements died. They’re nice lights, when they work, so i found new LED light engines online that would fit. Just installed one of them yesterday, holding a second in reserve when the other light fails. Interestingly, the larger light hasn’t failed. I suspect its larger size affords better airflow for cooling. Still, if it does fail, there’s a fix.

Light lasted less than 6 months. Very disappointed with the product

Read the reviews and believe that you’re taking a chance when you purchase one of these lights. I bought 4 one year ago and one has already quit working. After a little bit of a battle with Home Depot I got it replaced but no fun for sure. Hoping the other three lights that I purchased have a longer life!

This was a replacement after the led light went out after one year.

These are the second time I've purchased these same outdoor lights within a year. I purchased 3 the 1st time and only 1 of the 3 is working after a year. One of them completely is out and the other is only 1/3 lit (0n the LED lights). I really like the design and hope that these will last a lifetime like it says on the boxes????

I was excited when I bought these and they looked excellent on my front porch. However, whisper, the 1st light stopped working after a month or got very little light. The 2nd one stop working after about a year.. Do not waste your time buying these as several reviews have said the same thing that they just do not hold up overtime. At first, I thought I had an electrical problem.

The light is similar to the one we replaced and looks good. It comes with the hardware needed to install it and was easy to install.

Led cell burned out after 2 years. These were replacements.

Wanted to purchase the larger one for front garage and could not order it. Love the ones we have.

Nice looking but this is my 3rd one because the LED lights failed at less than six months both times. Calling for warranty wasted my time!!
