The thin layer at the top does peel off and it looks discolored in the kitchen area and in high foot traffic areas. I've had this floor for 3 years and it already looks old and worn out. Especially in the kitchen and main entrance areas. The living room and bedrooms doesn't look scratched yet. The 30 year warranty only covers if it fades due to direct sunlight. It does not cover water damage or scratches. I guess it's ok for a temporary solution. I wouldn't recommend it if you are planning on living in the home for several years.

It is beautiful and easy to install on my own

Dealing with HD wasnt a joy but we ended up getting enough flooring and some to spare last summer. We get a lot of compliments. It was easy to install. Its not heavy duty by any means but it sure is pretty

I ordered this flooring to be shipped to the store as it is not a stocked item for my local home depot. I was extremely skeptical about having it shipped as the edges of flooring boxes get damaged in handling, resulting in chipped corners on the boards. These came beautifully packaged with styrofoam to each end of the box and each box individually wrapped inside another box. The floor looks absoluely gorgeous once laid! I laid this in my bedroom and have since decided to lay it through the rest of my home.

We purchased this flooring for our entire house, except the bathrooms. It is beautiful and such good quality! It hides dirt really well and cleans easily. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it! 100% would recommend.

Great looking floors easy to work with We have these floors every where down stairs and is now working on upstairs.

I had this floor installed less then 6 months ago and already replaced boards twice! This floor looks amazing, but is garbage. I have a no shoe, no drink policy in my home and only 2 people live here, myself and my daughter. I am trying to salvage these floors and I just tried to reorder 2 more boxes because as you can see in the pics more need to be replaced. They are not available anywhere near by and they no longer deliver like before! Please know that I do not use water to mop these floors, there is a moisture barrier installed underneath and everything is installed correctly it just wont hold up in high traffic areas! I am sick of the amount of money wasted on my floors, my brand new remodeled house looks like garbage with bubbled floors that I cant replace now! I had originally wanted this throughout my entire home into the kitchen, the kitchen isn't even ready for floors, so even if they held up great and I wanted them they are no longer available! such a shame and waste of money! now I have to rip out entire floor and start over with something else!

We moved into a home with this laminate already installed throughout the house. We are remodeling the kitchen, dining and formal living and were going to continue these floors in the new space but after living with these floors for a few weeks we decided they were not going to hold up to what we needed. Any water at all (even just small amounts) that are in-between planks will bubble up. It's been pretty scratch proof though.

As a former professional installer and now a DIY guy, I’ve most likely laid over a hundred thousand square feet of laminate flooring. I’m always leery of buying laminate flooring that is under a couple of bucks a square foot because the quality generally is not there. I’ve worked at customer homes where they’ve bought “cheap” 0.99 cent per square foot flooring and been exasperated when half of the pieces had corners broken off, didn’t want to fit together well, or came apart within a few days of install. So, when my wife and I went looking for laminate to lay throughout our house I was a little nervous selecting the Ann Arbor Traffic Master flooring. It was only a dollar a square foot, and 8 mils. Was it going to be quality enough? The short answer is, yes. I don’t know that I have ever had an easier install than this one. Very few planks came out of the box with issues. None had the laminate damaged. I’ve never been able to complete a flooring job without having to return at least a box or two to the store for replacement. Not so the Ann Arbor. The 8 mil thickness was very easy to work with. The end result is gorgeous. I’ve never written a review about flooring before but had to write this one! What a great value this flooring is!

Beautiful flooring - looks much more expensive than it was and I get tons of compliments on it. We ended up getting more to refloor the upstairs bathroom.

Best product, value and looks

My floors look like real wood. Everyone is complimenting them. They are very strong and sturdy. I love the new look that they have given my home.

This flooring replaced old carpet in all the bedrooms of my home. It's great to blend with most flooring coming off of common areas (especially with the different colors to choose from). The price is great for the quality of product and I would recommend it to anyone (this type of flooring I recommend only in light traffic areas like a bedroom). It has taken a few spills, furniture moved and nothing seems to damage it within 2 years of the first install.

This laminate wood flooring installed very easily. I completed 1200 square feet in 4 days. That was working about 8 to 10 hours a day. I did however have some chips occur after I installed it. I'm not sure if this happened when I was working on other parts of the house and accidentally stepped on a tool that was on the floor. It looks beautiful.

Beautiful laminate floors! Has warm tones with slight gray! We have light oak floors in hallway that connects with these new floors and the transition turned out beautifully! Used about 15 boxes for two rooms. Each room is under 150 sq ft. Used 3 packages of the underlayment. Also bought plywood to lay on underneath to match height with hallway hardwood floors. Easy to install! Mopping/cleaning was easy to do. Recommend! Will be buying more for my master suite. Bought 9 boxes extra.

Love the look and color of this for an accent wall.

It was pretty easy to install. Some of the pieces wouldnt connect since the edges kind if separated (the pieces that connect together). I have to swiffer every other day to keep it looking clean. The dust shows easily but we also have three pets. I've had it for a few weeks

I’m approximately 40 percent done with the installation and so far, I’m not only impressed with look but the easy install as well. From an integrity perspective, we’ll have to wait and see how it holds up againt 3 boys and 2 adults over the course of time.

We put this on our walls!! What a great way to liven up the walls for little money!!

Looks beautiful!

I love the style of this floor and it’s relatively easy to install. My only complaint was there were some damaged boards in my package. Most of these were identified prior to install, but I did notice after install a couple were missed. It’s the corner edges of the board, the veneer is peeling up.

Came out very nice for my bedroom love it!

Installation went as expected. Wide variation of board patterns with limited patterns to choose from meant it took a lot of effort and planning not to have similar boards near each other. One of the most distinct boards, (dark down the middle, light areas on the edges) had its pattern repeated on on other board, just offset by about a foot, limiting selection of noticeably different boards even more.

Sturdy, good quality flooring that was very easy to install. My first flooring installation and was able to install 11 boxes in less 4-5 hours with minimal waste.
