Not worth the money
We purchased this vanity in August 2021. In December all of a sudden the wood expanded and cracked the paint finish. I just went to open the cabinet door today and the hinge fell off. We haven’t even had this product for 2 years. It’s in our master bathroom so it not getting abused. Don’t worry date your money.

No Regrets Here! Grace Vanity 48" White
I was initially disappointed because the front corner of the bottom shelf was cracked when it arrived. It wasn't damaged in shipping, it had been screwed in wrong at the factory. Home Depot gave the option of a replacement or a $120 credit. We decided to fix it and it it came out great.
We installed it about 5 months ago and it has been great. We did have to notch out some pieces in the back to accommodate our plumbing. The vanity feels solid and looks perfect in our small bathroom.

So practical!
I was hesitant without seeing it in store, but it exceeded expectation. This cabinet utilizes every available space in a practical way. I really like the top pull down drawer to put toothpaste. I would prefer pull out drawers on the sides, but i bought baskets instead and it does the job.

Very pretty vanity
We purchased two of these for our master bathroom. They came fully assembled. We just had two attach the top and backsplash; very easy. We had our plumber hook it up. He did have to cut the back panel to accommodate our existing plumbing. The drawers and doors are soft close. The top is solid white and looks like quartz. The vanities came with black and chrome hardware as well as extra leveling feet.

Cute!!
Arrived early and we’ll packaged. It’s such a pretty mint color and I’m so happy with it. I did buy new knobs as I did not like the round ones it came with. Overall I’m very happy with it. I’ve received many compliments.

Low quality material, don't be fooled by the look
Shelves are made of MDF. Swollen after getting wet. I'd expected better material for a two thousand dollar vanity.

poor quality especially for the price
It is exceedingly difficult to provide a negative review for this product. This is my 5th attempt at rephrasing which may explain the generally positive reviews for this poor quality product. The vanity was manufactured with a misplaced screw which structurally compromised the base. The base is made of a very thin, unsupported layer of plywood and is not able to withstand normal wear in the best of circumstances. The vanity was quickly damaged due to the manufacturing error. Because the screw was not placed in a predrilled hole, its placement during manufacturing caused the wood of one of the legs to split. The bottom shelf is noticably crooked. The cabinet doors are prehung, but one is about a quater inch higher than the other and the uneven doors are pretty noticible when you look at the front of the vanity. They do not sufficiently adjust to correct the issue. Lots of areas of incomplete paint. It’s not that the paint is chipped, the vanity just wasn’t painted in most of the corners. It has a cool design, but it’s poorly made. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great Modern farmhouse vanity
I purchased this vanity during Black Friday sale and it’s well worth it to achieve my modern farmhouse bathroom vision. It’s well built and well designed, but it is made from mdf wood. The drawers have soft closures and the sink is decent size. My favorite aspect is the towel shelf below, a rare feature often seen at luxury hotels. There’s only 1 issue with it - the side doors have soft closure but it slams when you slightly pulled the door ajar. Otherwise, amazing!

Pick up was a breeze. Home Depot loaded it into the back of my truck with a forklift. Folks at the help desk were helpful in getting it all sorted and ready to go. The way they packaged it did make it wobbly in my truck bed, but we got it done.
I had to do a number of cuts to get the plumbing to sit properly, but the vanity is sturdy, and well-made enough to tolerate a few aggressive cuts.
Drawers and doors all function well and the overall aesthetic is very nice.
The only challenge was how close the sink was to the back of vanity, making it difficult to attach water supply lines.

Particle board
Just a little water will cause it to fall apart! I have tried complaining to Home Depot about a shower I bought. (They sent the wrong color.) was spoken rudely to. Can’t believe they sale this sub par vanity!
