This lamp is really well made and a great alternative to a much much more expensive fixture. The only downside is the color is a little more yellow than I'd like. I'm living with it for now, but it might need some rub n buff down the line. It looks great in the room.

The electrician came today to install the fixture. When he looked at the space where it was to be installed and saw that it was semi flush mount, he told me it was too large and that I needed a flush mount.. I regret I will have to return it. The ordering and pick-up process was excellent: right on schedule. I cannot comment on the fixture, since we didn't take it out of the box.
