The paint on this product started chipping within 6 months

Beautiful Piece. Very sturdy and heavy. Needed 2 people and a special lift to get it upstairs but it was well worth it. We love it!!!

Have you ever seen paper-mache? The modern word for this material is MDF. The manufacturer of this bathroom vanity cabinet glues the MDF panels and trim to a weak wooden frame, so the if the MDF ever gets wet, it expands and separates from the frame. The materials in this product are inappropriate for a wet environment, but is designed to be a bathroom sink cabinet. It will look nice until it gets wet, but will swell up like a sponge at the first drop of water. The doors and the drawers will never again close squarely. It is not a good choice for a damp room.

This Merryfield Freestanding Bath Vanity exceeds all my expectations. Beautiful color, soft close drawers, Carrara Marble top is beautiful. Thank you!

It came with minor but many imperfections. One of the drawers is missing a track so it doesn’t slide in or out. Tried to contact customer service twice with no answer. You think if you spent 800$ on something the customer service and quality would be better…

I was worried about the possibility of the product being damaged during shipment but was VERY surprised at how the item was packaged, protected, and boxed. The vanity is wrapped, protected by thick styrofoam, and additional thick protectors along the sides and all the corners. It arrived in perfect condition! The design and quality is amazing! So happy!

My vanity has a deep scuff across the front. Talked to home depot and they said the supplier is going to contact me. Many days later and still no call.

We bought this vanity when we renovated our guest bathroom. It is beautiful and we have gotten so many compliments. Love the soft closing drawers and doors, lots of room for storage, the counter top and sink both match beautifully with the cabinet. Made very well and we definitely recommend this product!

It showed up with cracks all over the top...sent it back.

Looks good. Was delivered with crack back splash. Took several phone calls to home depot and a week to get a replacement back splash. The replacement was same material but totally different color, thickness, and for different vanity. Call again couple of times and only solution was to wait and see if maybe they could get something similar because I do understand that they cannot match 100%. By now I'm tired, frustrated, and they have worn me out. If you are sensitive to smell look elsewhere because this paint smell won't go away and will give you a head ache. Also if you take drawers out make sure to number it or you'll end up with some alignment problems. Again it looks good but not very functional due to drawers being mostly same size. Learned the hard way. Need mixed size drawers.

Double vanity is extremely heavy. Nice other than some small scratches. Requesting touch up paint for Dark-Blue Grey. Overall happy with purchase.

We purchased three of these vantities for our home. There are several parts where the paint has chipped off and it happened within three months of installation. Two of the bathrooms do not even get used daily and there is still paint chipping off. Not worth the purchase. Reached out to Homedepot and they said there is nothing they can do about the paint chipping off.

Within 1 week of use, the vanity top is stained from water. A bathroom sink top - marble is stained from water. I knew marble stained easily; however, I would have thought this would be sealed enough to withstand sink water. Also, delivery is only to the front door. We have 4 steps and was our responsibility to get it inside. At over 200 lbs (top is attached), be prepared. I do not recommend.

I paid over $900 for this vanities countertop to deteriorate after a month. It holds watermarks, never looks clean no matter how much you wipe it down & somehow has a stripped mark on it. I wouldn't recommend this vanity even though I love the color, that is already starting to Crack in areas...not even a year old. It's really disappointing because this vanity is so expensive & part of the cost is this cheap countertop...not worth the price!
