After purchasing this exact same mirror 3 times, and having something wrong with each of them, I almost didn't try for a 4th. However, I'm glad I did. It's size and placement is perfect for the wall above my master bath sink.

Gap
There is a gap between the frame and the mirror. When you spray window cleaner, it can drip down between the frame and mirror. You cannot get to this area with a cloth so it just has to dry up on it's own.

Warped
This is an attractive mirror, When it arrived it was packaged well and unharmed. After our contractor removed the mirror to install in the bathroom the wood frame was warped ( bowing outward) and would not hang flush on the wall without rocking from side to side. We attempted to lay it flat on the floor weighted down for a week hoping to correct it with no luck. Had to return to the store for a refund.

DO NOT BUY
I bought this item for a remodeled bathroom. Love the look of it but the mirror is horrible. I have tried everything under the sun to keep it not foggy looking. I hate this mirror and would not recommend it to anyone. It always looks foggy.
