Love the ability to have black out blind or transparent light loving blind in one cellular.

Amazing blinds. I love that it gives you the option of black out/ sheer. I actually prefer these over curtains.

Lifting mechanism broke after 5 months, light use
The title says it all. 5 months is just outside the return policy for Home Depot, so I have no recourse. I would not recommend this blind solution, at this point.

I like the way the shade functions, it works well for my needs. Installation was difficult, though admittedly I'm not very handy (short and "average" strength) and the shade size I ordered is fairly wide, which is where my problem came in. I needed to use the middle bracket so I figured in the middle of the window (for an inside mount) is where it should be. So I drilled the holes, put the bracket up. Except . . . right in the middle of the headrail is where the strings come up and are knotted, creating a bump which has made it all but impossible for me to properly install (get it to "click") the headrail in the middle bracket and for the life of me I can't get the other 2 ends out now to take it down and make the proper adjustment. This part has me frustrated because I know it isn't properly seated in the bracket. Perhaps a guy with more strength could muscle it in to actually click but I can't.
