Excellent crew who installed the carpet—good quality as well

So soft and so pretty. Nice on our feet.

I purchased the color classy for our home with the Nike pad and it feels amazing/walking on cloud - we love it! The color is perfect with kids and pets. The installation went smooth and fast. We've had the carpet for a few weeks now.

Carpet itself is good, and customer service was excellent. However required 3 different install dates. First we were notified morning of install that the carpet was damaged and needed to be re-ordered. Second attempt we were told initial measurements were incorrect and they did not have the correct amount to finish the job and needed to reorder a room. Third install got the job completed. Again, all customer service was excellent but project took much longer than expected and delayed other home projects.

I love the carpet! It is so soft. And the padding we chose adds to that cushion. I had extra carpet when the job was done, and I don't think the carpet installers would have given it to me if I had not asked about the extra carpet in their van. They told me too much was ordered, but did give it to me.

Great sales, delivery and installation
