I installed this vanity light for a friend of mine. It wasn’t installer friendly to say the least. It is extremely heavy. You can’t wire it while holding it unless you “hang it” with heavy wire; even at that it was very difficult. After wiring it, it was difficult to fasten it to the wall. There are only 2 screws, one for each side. I had to use an extension bar for my driver drill. I had to have my friend hold in position to line up the screw holes. It is in my opinion a very poor installation design. It was very difficult to install. Not recommended!

This could be a 5 star product, if not for the install process. First off, the positives... The light looks great. It gives off good light, matches our existing decor, and the idea of never changing a bulb again makes me happy. But the install process... oy vey... As mentioned by another reviewer getting the screws into the mounting plate was PAINFUL. You have to install the ground wire to the mounting plate - this holds the fixture in place so you can connect the hot and neutral wires. Then you have to lift the fixture up and align it with the mounting plate, and insert two screws SIDEWAYS and directly behind the fixture's light arms. If you don't have a magnetic screwdriver, you'll need a helper for this one. Also, the width of the mounting plate is smaller than the fixture's junction box, so be careful about over tightening the screws or you might deform the fixture's junction box.

It is a beautiful modern piece. It gives my bathrooms a sophisticated look and strong light. Love it.

Sleek, modern fixture, provides great lighting.

The light was an added delight to my renovated bathroom.

This light is horrible to install, but looks great. Ugh, then you turn it on and it is not bright enough to light a small bathroom. The reviews saying it is very bright must have bathrooms with more than one fixture.

It is a beautiful light, but is not bright enough for the small bathroom that I put it in... the vanity area that the light is hung over is bright, but the shower area is dark... I will be taking this light back and getting something brighter.

This is a beautiful light fixture, but impossible to install. I have a medium-size hand and found it impossible to reach behind the lamp to insert the screw while holding it in place. There was simply not enough room behind the fixture to insert the screw to hold it in place. A TERRIBLE design flaw in a beautiful fixture. Returned this model and purchased Alberson Collection 3-Light Brushed Nickel LED Vanity Light with Frosted Acrylic Shade, which is nearly identical, but was a really quick install, under 15 minutes each.
