I love this product. It is a very good piece of furniture and the color is rich. Very easy to assemble. I am a 68 year old female and put it together myself in a couple of hours. Wouldn't have taken that long if I had help. Very beautiful when finished. I have had it about a month and just love it. I will say that I had it delivered into my garage because it was very heavy. I just opened the box and carried each piece in one at a time and did an inventory and assembled it close to where I was going to put it. I then used carpet slides to move the piece into place. Worked beautifully.

What a great piece of furniture! Solid wood construction, relatively easy to assemble (about 4 hours for husband and wife) and priced just right. The smokey brown color compliments a variety of other wood species and colors in the room. If you are looking for a large hall tree you can not go wrong.

Love it! It’s great quality. It has a chemical smell the first week or two, but wears off after you leave a window open to air it out.

Well constructed and straight forward assembly. Took about 4 hours to assemble but well worth it. Looks great.

Very attractive piece. Color is not white but off white to light cream. Instructions are clear and packing is substantial. Would recommend this piece.

Beautiful piece of furniture! Requires a lot of assembly but directions were easy to follow.

We were surprised that it came with some assembly required - 4 very large boxes arrived one day. The assembly was very easy - all pieces were very well marked and fit together easily! This furniture is absolutely beautiful and very sturdy. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase.

My problem is...When I picked it up I was given one large box. After a couple weeks,when i was able to put it together I noticed that there were no instructions or hardware inside the box. While looking I noticed that it said multiple carton item with a box and a check mark in the box. I then went to the home depot that picked it up at originally and asked if they still had the other box or if there was a way too get the half of the Hall tree. The home depot did not have the other box and they were nice enough to try to order another one, but they are now out of stock or discontinued. We really thought that piece was going to look great in our house. having trouble finding a replacement.

Nice piece of furniture. The unit is definitely top heavy and needs to be bolted to the wall and they give you the items to do that. I did have help putting it together as I think it would be difficult to put together by yourself.

Great Looking piece ! The hardware -handles and hooks- could be better quality but they still look fine. Took a few hours for my husband to put together. Good instructions and no missing pieces. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase

Very satisfied with this purchase. This piece looks like it costs a lot more you could not tell it came in a box. High quality, gorgeous piece of furniture. I'm so happy I purchased this. Looks great next to my front door I've had nothing but high compliments about it.

This piece fits beautifully in the entrance of my home. It isn't stark white- more of a cream but it's perfect! The installation took me and my husband about 3 hours. One of the legs got caught on a piece of tile and ripped out of the piece but we were able to fix it.

Quality of materials was not great. Had a few parts break and did not have any extras.

I would have rated it higher, but there were a few parts missing (1” flat screws and a few cam-lock pieces) and although the instructions read that we should contact them about missing parts, there is no contact phone or email listed? I had no problem finding screws at the store, but not the cam-lox

The furniture was beautiful, very nice workmanship.

Found it and it's perfect for the space, like the storage and is welll made. I was thinking it would be true white it's more on the cream side as it does not match up to our white trim but we are happy with it. We did however paint the hardware oil rubbed bronze to go with the rest of our house

This piece looks better than the picture and great for the price. It is not difficult to put together but does take 6 - 8 hours and I took my time. It takes about an hour to unpack everything and lay it out before you can start assembling. I did most of it myself but you do need help at the end to put the 2 pieces together and anchoring it to the wall is a must as it is a bit top heavy. We are very happy with our choice and would recommend it to anyone thinking of this purchase. We have had lots of compliments from friends. Best price for a 60" wide hall tree we could find.

This is a very well built product using solid wood for every piece with fit and finish that is done well. It comes in four boxes that are impressively over packed to insure that everything arrives undamaged. I found the assembly instructions basically clear, however, very careful attention is required to make sure that you are assembling it correctly as mistakes are possible. The assembly took me several hours as I was working by myself so the manufacturer's recommendation that two people work on it is valid. I recommend two changes to the manufacture. First it would greatly aid assembly if the pre-drilled holes were slightly over sized for the first 1/8" where the metal cam lock bolts are installed. I found it difficult to start the threading without this having been done. Secondly, I recommend that all labels be made of easy to remove vinyl and not paper. It was difficult to remove the paper labels from the wood at completion of assembly. With the exception of these recommendations, I am extremely pleased with this Hall Tree. It looks great and will provide service for my family for a very long time. It certainly represents good value for the dollar.

A nice addition to your home. My only complaint is that it took Home Depot and Home decorators (the manufacturer) 3 weeks to figure out what went wrong when I told them i was missing about a third of the parts. They finally got it covered when I send them a list of item #s and qtys. Overall nice unit.
