I installed this over foam padding, as recommended. It snaps together easily and securely. We have used it for about three years, now, and couldn't be happier with it. We also get many complements on it. I have recently used it to face our interior hollow-core doors with a "frame and panel" design - they are awesome!

I hired a flooring guy to install this for me, and it looks really great. You can tell from up close that it's not real wood, obviously, but the overall impression is a huge improvement over carpet, I think. I put this in a house that I am selling, and I will probably use it again.

at <$3 sq foot "special buy" pricing, you are buying a low cost product, expect to get what you pay for. it is "good" on the good-better-best scale - expect no more and you wont be disappointed different looks with different lighting - see photos - kinda cool!! Installed for approximately one week, one monster scratch from an over-enthusiastic 60 lb dog. therefore, we laid rug over the highest traffic area. Scratches WHITE!! can use immediately after installation! color looks very "rich", although we had hoped for a little rougher looking for the "hand-scrapped" surface - it is very slick/slippery/smooth! TIP: 1) Save HOURS / DAYS - USE {rent or borrow} a POWER SAW!!! 2) take time to tap EVERY board horizontally & vertically for a super-tight fit 3) buy a GREAT / spend the money for an under-layment like Roberts 2-in-1 for above grade installs! Nice sizes in the box 4 planks lengths VERY LITTLE WASTE! 12 boxes took care of 301 Sq ft rectangular room with one doorway. had 6-8 pieces to spare. returned one complete box. Dark colors show more: dog hair, "dirt" etc. should be no surprise that this does too. Note that some posted feedback says how "dirty" the floors look and it "attracts" dirt - not so much. The dirt has been, and always will be, there, usually people's carpet hides it so much better. Floors are really decent for the price SO EASY to install!! 301 sq ft in 8 hours (would have been 3-4 hours if I used a power saw)

This is the second home we've put this same exact flooring in because we love it so much. Everyone comments on the floor. The only downside is - it gets small scratches easily if there is any dirt or sand on the floor and something drags over it.

I was able to install this floor in a 200 sq ft room by myself in about 6 hrs. The entire floor went together so easy that I didn't even need to use any blocks or tools other than cutting the boards. My wife couldn't believe her eyes when she came home to see this floor installed and how rich and gorgeous it looked considering the reasonable price that we paid.

After a lot of shopping and some trepidation about the installation process, I purchased this product and in a weekend, installed a luxurious wooden floor in a master bedroom. My first flooring project. It looks fantastic, like a pro installed it. Very impressed with the precise engineering that allows the planks to click and lock together. Some tapping on the ends with a rubber mallet to tighten up the butt joints. I intend to do our living room and hallway next.

57 yr old female installed 200 sq ft in 2 days....easy! Very little waste, no unusable boards. Locks together perfectly! Will be ordering enough to finish the rest of the house! Looks beautiful!

We installed this floor this past weekend (we used 3 1/2 inch wide panels, which are now discontinued, but otherwise, it's the same product). I don't usually take the time to review products, but it was so easy to install, and it really looks gorgeous, so I wanted to share this with others. We put a ceramic click lock floor in the foyer, and it was SO much work...this floor was a breeze, even fun to install. One thing I love is that the wood has a wax coating to protect it. I spilled my water bottle while insalling, and it just beaded up on the wood. The wax is a great barrier and will help it last. I would definitely recommend this product.

We changed out our 8yr old carpet to this Maple Sedona in 3 rooms ranging from 100-130sq ft. each room over the course of 2 months. The surface looks fantastic, it feels great on your feet and does not scratch easily; Even with a pool table and 2 small children it has remained looking like new for 3 months now. The product was easy to install and we used Roberts Black Jack underlayment for the float, which was also easy to unroll and use while click-locking the wood in place. Cutting the wood is necessary in some areas, but it did not chip easily and was easy enough to cut with a table saw. In terms of quality to value, I think it's top notch and beats out any laminate flooring hands down. I only gave this 4 stars because their accompanying/matching products such as T-Moulding and Carpet Recessors are made of MDF and are sub-par quality.

I searched high and low for the perfect floor. I removed all of the carpeting from my four bedroom home and replaced it with this flooring. Homedepot had the best price and I was so thrilled with the fast shipping and finished results! I had my contractor install them in 4 days for $2.00 a square foot, they did an excellent job. It even looked better than I thought. I get so many compliments on it and it looks way more expensive. It has beautiful brown and reddish tones with natural black toasted beveled edgges and the wide planks or so designer. I didnt go cheap on the underlayment. I brought the 3-1 roberts and it was worth it. I had my stairs rebuilt and finished the pine wood threads (also from homedepot) with minwax red mahogany, one coat was a perfect match to the floors. I'm so thrilled! other competitors couldn't beat home depots price. The floor doesnt scratch easily but don't have metal furniture rub across them. I made sure to add felt pads to all of my furniture legs. If you do get a scratch it will be white but u can take a soft cloth with cooking oil and rub it across the scratch lightly and you won't see it anymore.

I had installed this flooring in a bedroom. I am now using it to cover hollow core hall doors - it makes a stunning real-plank looking frame and panel door.

Great product; easy to install! Look awesome!

The locking mechanism at the edges of each board was too fragile. It often broke off requiring me the substitute another board piece.

We installed this flooring in our family room 21 years ago and it looks as beautiful as the day it was installed! We are in the process of adding the same flooring to our bedrooms. I recommend this flooring!

This flooring is nice, but we had alot of bad ends in all 5 boxes. Luckily my husband knows what he's doing and was able to utilize them because we have a good electric saw board. But for the price you pay you think they could package the boards better so there not getting beat up.

The floor looks beautiful! The installers said it was very easy to install. I love it!!!

I bought this flooring a month ago. This is the Hickory Tuscany click lock. The flooring was packaged very good for shipping. I had a couple of cases that were torn though. It looks good and installed very well. The durability factor. The jury is still out on it. Overall I am pleased with the flooring. I am doing 3 bedrooms and a hallway.

Very easy to work with and looks fantastic. I hope it will hold up as good as it looks.
