I have few older bulky feather blankets, which I stored until now packed in drum liners and taking quite a lot of space. It has changed after my opportunity to test these vacuum storage bags Important note: After you open the box, do not throw away small white vinyl piece loosely attached to a bag as I did. After filling bags I closed bags tight with my fingers and vacuumed air out. Shortly after I learned that bags are leaking air thru zip closure. After two following unsuccessful attempts with the same results I finally checked instructions, found that small white vinyl piece in the garbage and with its help closed both bags. Iit worked the magic. I waited 2 days before taking pictures “after”. It holds fine, and if you compare sizes before and after you can see tremendous space saving. I will definitely use them more in the future. I will keep the small white vinyl piece in snack bag taped to the one of both bags to prevent it from losing.

They won’t stay sealed. Period.

the bags leak and do not properly seal; i had to vacuum seal 1 bag at least 4 times; no indication where leak is coming from?

Worked amazingly well. Compressed and held E King Tempur-Pedic Mattress pad. Wow, really saved tons of space. Would easily recommend

Very sad that none of the bags I purchased kept their seal. Unfortunate because I bought them to preserve my dead husband’s clothing for our son.

Clamp wasn't tight enough to close the bag, had to manually seal. Still didn't work, did not stay compressed.

They worked as expected

These vacuum bags were terrible. I packed clothes in these and made sure to stay under the max fill line. Still, within a few moments of vacuuming the air out, air seems to sneak in. I used Ziploc's version of these and the quality was far far better. Now I know that it was worth paying more for the Ziploc vacuum bags over these.

All my large comforters fit in one small space. Excellent for reducing storage needs and great for extra pillows. I always add some fabric softener sheets and everything smells clean and wonderful when opened! Great for the cottage or trailer!
