    "OK" product.
    Looks nice, operates as expected. A little noisy. This is for RESIDENTIAL, commercial use will void warranty. It is perfect for interior doors. Works well on exterior entry BUT - US standard door prep is 5 1/2" from center of dead bolt to center of knob. The interior battery box is too tall and WILL NOT WORK with deadbolt because the top of battery box will cover part of the deadbolt. You will have to repair the door - fill in the holes for the knob and then reprep the door for 7" center to center, and redrill the strike on the jamb. If you are not comfortable with that, you will have to hire a professional. Or remove deadbolt and install a cover plate. Even with this modification, it will be difficult to change batteries with a deadbolt installed. The lock body will cover the old prep and won't be visible. Honeywell was made aware of this in development, but made it like this anyway. It takes a KW1 key, but a universal KIK cylinder with a different keyway can be used.

      Noisy but good
      Had this door lock for about 2 years and have not had any issues, it's noisy when locking/unlocking but it's been working fine. Good for interior use, not sure about exterior.

        Unlock and lock buttons stopped working @ 5 months
        It worked correctly for 4 months, then at month 5 the unlock button intermittently stopped responding to presses. Waiting for the pad to reset would "fix" it. Then after a few weeks the unlock button stopped responding completely, along with the lock button. Another set of new "high quality alkaline batteries" installed per the instructions with no improvement. The other keypad buttons respond correctly, just not the unlock and lock buttons.

          The inside housing of unit that encloses the 4 AA batteries was way too tall and ran into the deadbolt above. Will look for Schlage brand since I had good luck on another door install

          Eats batteries and codes quit working
          This knob worked for a number of months, and then the "0" button quit working. This was a problem since the 0 was part of my entry code. I tried different batteries, but they didn't last any longer. I would not recommend this product at all.

                              Unfortunately after a week of use, it no longer worked. How they set up the inside of it with thr wiring no matter how you have it, it will cut the wires. Poor construction and a waste of over $70 for us.

                                  Unfortunately I had to pay an installer to install and it was defective. Looks like Home Depot just sent me something someone had returned for the same reason I had to return. The wire was cut inside of it. I just ended up using old door lock.
