Shockingly poor quality/manufacturing. The filter material on the items I received is glued on extremely crooked, making the pleats unevenly spaced. Im sure this effects the efficiency of the filter. Would like to return, but I unwrapped them before I noticed the poor quality issues

I had to return the first filter, as the bottom pleat was not glued to the frame. The pleated filter ended about 1" from the bottom. Not much filtering with that one! There is a cover that does not allow the consumer to inspect all of the filter until you take the cover off. The second filter, which I handpicked from those in the store is glued on the bottom, but the filter material is not assembled very well. The pleats are very haphazard, nowhere near as symetrical as my old filter. The top of the pleats are very wavy, not a straight line among them.

I have a Bryant furnace and the 20x25x5 did not even come close to fitting. For anyone asking, “Does this fit xxxxx?” Do yourself a favor and just measure what you currently have. No one can accurately answer that question without standing in your home with a tape measure. And be accurate to an 1/8th of an inch on ALL THREE dimensions. For some reason furnace manufacturers cannot agree on what 5” actually is!

Buyer beware. If you purchase the right filter, you may be happy. I got a smaller filter than I wanted...check the size waaaaaay at the bottom of the description. These are not 5" thick...left a distinct gap above the filter...it is a bit small front-to-back and side-to-side too (for ease of installation, I'm guessing), so air can slip around the filter. Also, no MERV listing I could find...this turns out to be a 10 and I wanted a 12. Partly my mistake, but also the listing is very hard to interpret efficiently.

I purchased the 16 x 25 x 5 filter. Just like I had purchased last year and every other yesr. This one does not fit in my furnace. It is a good quarter of an inch wider. I’m very irritated. I don’t have time to come in and replace it and I have to order those online you don’t stock them in the store this has been a very bad experience

With the allergy season we have had this year, we really needed a top-quality filter to keep our home comfortable for our family. We got it with this Honeywell air filter. Thank you!

Easy to purchase, easy to install. Two pack allows replacement every 6 months. Keeps air clean and HVAC running efficiently. Expectations met.

The filters are efficient and last a long time before having to be replaced. While the cost is somewhat high, the filters are efficient and do their job well.

The Honeywell Home 20x25x5 pleated furnace air filter FPR 8, Merv 10 met my expectations as to it being the right size for my furnace and is hard to find in any of the HomeDepot stores I have been to, therefore, had to order it online. However, it’s quite expensive. It arrived in a timely manner in good condition.

I actually wanted two 16x25x4 and picked them up paid and when I got home I had one 4 and one 5 due to HD’s mis stocking and my failure to double check. Product is good

Have used Honeywell 5” Pleated Furnace Filter for last 10 years. Meets all My expectations - Clean air flow, up to a year, as advertised. Inside of Furnace is Clean. Vents and ductwork, Clean. Wouldn’t use anything else.

I received exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion. The product is a perfect replacement for my existing filter.

They were the correct size according to the one I replace, but unlike that one, the new one didn’t slide ride in, I had to mash it a little.

this did not fit as described. I had to jam this in . I had to buy another brand and toss this one. waste of money.
