The fan was very quiet when in use. Looks very nice, like I expected. The Hunter name gives me a good feeling of reliability.

I love, love the overall "canning/mason jar" look... I Love the sparkly look from the sides. Just a note, the "jar" globes are closed bottom and causes shadows over my dining table. I wish they would have been open bottom. That is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Very easy to install. I added the 36 inch downrod from a cathedral ceiling. Puts out a good deal of light and the lighter fan blades look awesome.

Very impressed with the quality of this fan. The instructions were very easy to follow and included good wiring diagrams. We had the old one down and this one installed in under 45 minutes and it didn't need balancing. Very quality product with a great unique look. We get lots of compliments and people asking about it. Highly recommended.

This is a great fan for the money, considering that most all fans are now made in other countries such as China. The fit and finish is better than most comparable fans, which is a bit reminiscent of the Hunter fans of 40 years ago. The installation is a breeze (pardon the pun), including the addition of a remote control (Hunter brand) with light dimming feature. I added the remote control, because this fan does not come with one, and I did not have a separate wall switch for a fan and light. The only negative that I could give is the about the light kit...The glassware is not real mason jars, which was fine for me, because the glass is thicker and held in place with 3 finger screws like most lights. The bulbs supplied are really cheap incandescent bulbs that are not dimmable. One of the 3 had a broken filament and didn't work. I plan to replace all 3 with Edison bulbs which should look really stylish in this fixture. I would buy this fan again, especially if it's on sale again.

This is a nice looking fan and light kit. Bought two of them as the blades are reversible, dark brown wood on one side and gray driftwood on the other side. Dark brown matched my bedroom set and gray side matched my wife's home office furniture. Between removing my old ceiling fan and assembling and installing the new ceiling fan I spent over four hours on this project. I also installed a remote control kit so that added some extra time, but it will take a few hours even without the remote kit. I found the instructions to be lacking and double checking them constantly added to the time required to installation. As I said I bought two of these, and the second one went up faster but not significantly. My only complaint about the unit itself is now that it is installed I wish it had four lights instead of three. Maximum wattage for the bulbs it uses is 40w......so it is not very room brightening. I wish it either had another bulb or that I could use 60w bulbs in it. However that being said it is a nice looking and well performing unit and a great value for the price.

The directions were extremely easy to follow. They provided extra screws, which was wonderful for us because we lost one! The unit and the lights are even better looking in person. The globes are closed at the bottom like mason jars, which is something I did not know because I purchased it on-line. They are even better looking than they would have been if they were open. Highly recommend it!

This fan was very easy to install and I was able to set it up on a dimmer switch and a separate switch to turn on the fan. Very happy with it

I purchased two of these for my 1900s farmhouse and installed them myself. Very easy to assemble. Gives great light! I also put in a remote in one of them, a little tricky putting the receiver in the bell at the ceiling, but there was room. Very clear instructions (thank you). They look great!

We selected this fan because of the blade color and the unique lamps! Initially I saw it online and then looked at it in the store. Ordered it online with no issues and we had it professionally installed in our den. It is quiet and very attractive. Overall we are very pleased. The 3 lights took some adjusting as they can appear uneven.

It runs very quietly. I would have given it 5 Stars if it would have came with LED bulbs rather than the high power consuming incandescent bulbs. I purchased LED bulbs for an extra $10 that look better in the system and brighter.

The fan is very nice and pictures don't do justice for the rustic wood type look. The glass bulb covers (jars) are closed on the bottoms and would of appreciated more details as it is hard to tell in pictures. The bulbs provided are not LED and did not give off enough light so we had to go purchase LED bulbs instead.

I looked for over one year before I came across this gem. Mason Jar-like lights? Yes please! It is the perfect fan if you are looking for rustic charm. The motor is quiet and the assembly was a piece of cake! Very happy with the purchase and would recommend!

Great fan. For some reason the manufacturer put light bulbs in the box that didn't work well in ceiling fans and therefore had to replace the bulbs within a week of use after they all burned out. Bought LED flame looking bulbs and haven't had a problem since. So I would recommend tossing what is in the box and purchasing bulbs that actually are for ceiling fans. (Hint: there will be a ceiling fan icon on the bulb box to indicate that they work in ceiling fans). The fan itself is quiet and produces nice air flow. The mason jar look is perfect for our rustic farm house'ish theme that we are doing in our house. We had it installed while the house was being built, so I can't comment on the ease of installation. The "rustic" side of the blade did look kind of cheap, so we used the walnut brown side instead. If we decide to add in more fans, I would choose this for every room.

This fan looks beautiful and was pretty easy to install. The two color options for the fan blades are very nice and the mason jar-style bulb covers add the rustic feel we are going for in the master bedroom. I only wish it had a remote!

Looks great and is very quiet. We had it installed during construction, so I'm not sure how easy it was to install. I will say the rustic side looked a little cheap, so we went with the flip side which was a rich dark brown color. Love the mason jar type lights. They go with the feel of the house. So far very pleased with the purchase.

We bought this product for our cabin that we are busy doing up. it looked great and will eventually go with our floors and look of our cabin. As we have two light fitting in the one area and it is a larger area we decided to get another fan which goes over our "kitchen" area. They help to move the area an look attractive. Love the mason jar affect.

Easy to assemble and works well with universal Hunter remote. Love the grey finish and the fan is quiet at the highest speed setting. Received a lot of compliments on this fan already!
