The fan is extremely quiet. I like the reverse side of the oak paddles much better. I don’t believe the reverse side was shown on line. It is a beautiful fan.

Simple fans are hard to find

Be careful when you buy this fan "with remote" . If you wire and install the fan, there is no indication that you must disassemble all your work to install the remote. This was very disappointing and very inaccurate in the online details.
