Good Product
The product was as expected, look, performance and easy installation. The only thing personally I would change is the light assembly cover, I am not a fan of a frosted globe, I would prefer a clear glass so I can get as much lighting as possible. Otherwise satisfied with product.

Hello Doug, please ensure the dimming is activated so the lights can be set on the brightest setting. To activate the dimming, press and hold the up and down arrow for 5 seconds. Once the dimming is activated, press and hold the light button to raise or lower the brightness of the lights. The light on the fan is not very bright. ...
The light on the fan is not very bright. The base on the fan is too long/big. The android app requires a 2.4Ghz WiFi connection (dues to the system on the fan) and it repeatedly would not install properly on a 2.4Ghz network.

Hello Alex, please ensure the dimming is activated so the light can be set on the brightest setting. To activate the dimming, press and hold the up and down arrow for 5 seconds. Once the dimming is activated, press and hold the light button to raise or lower the brightness of the lights. DO NOT BUY
This fan worked a few weeks!! I have been back and forth with Home Depot and HUNTER for days. NO ONE CAN SEEM to help nor know how to help me! The fan has warranty, but HUNTER is finding anyway to not send a new fan. Made awful sound changing speeds, light never seemed to work, and then it just STOPPED working! And yes we paid electrician to install and troubleshoot! He even said BAD FAN!

nice looking fan but its loud
Makes a noise when switchibg between speeds. Airflow is great but sounds like a motor problem. Light is dim even on highest setting. If I wasnt already past my return period it would be worth taking down and replacing. Really disappointed with this Hunter product.

Fans LOOK great, but makes all kinds of ticking noises while running, and some crazy loud cracking/popping noises irregularly for hours after we turn them off. We hired professional/respected electricians to hang them, so it's not like we didn't know how to install them. Had electricians back 2 times now to try and fix, no dice.
