I love everything sbout the fan except mine doesn’t dim. I’m Not sure if it is a matter of the person that put the fan up or the bulbs or the way it was hooked up where can I go to get help with this issue

I read the reviews about the beep but also saw pictures of "enable beep", "disable beep" in some of the reviews. Since the beep was the only reason I was hesitant to buy this particular fan, I asked the sales clerk to open the box so we could check for that item in the instructions. Yep, there it was; instructions clearly stating how to disable the beep - sold! I went to take that one but for some reason, the clerk instead put an unopened box right next to the box we had just opened in my cart; same make, same model, identical picture and description of the fan on the box. Got it home, not too difficult to install...until it came to the light kit. Incredibly poor design, very frustrating, struggled for over 30 minutes (two people trying!) until it finally somehow clicked into place. The light works, the fan works, it looks great in the room. Looked for the instructions on disabling the beep and they are missing from this box. I looked at the pictures posted here and tried it but still cannot disable the beep. very disappointed.

The fan had been put together and put back in box. If I wanted to buy a used fan I would have bought a used one but I thought I was buying new

Great fan and cost was on budget .

Purchased 2 fans. Arranged to have them both installed. 1st fan assembled hung and wired. Doesn’t work! Hmm! Assemble 2nd fan, hang and wire. Doesn’t work! Disassemble both. Take back to Home Depot. Purchase 2 more fans of a different brand and I’ll be darnded. Both work with ease! 2 days of prep and attempted install with scaffoling included and an unsuccessful installation! The consumers time is worth something so I would suggest a little better Quality control! Pretty odd to have 2 bad fans on one attempted install. I do not recommend the brand. Stick with one you know! Thanks for the uneeded pratice! Bull crap!

Great fan and very easy to hang. I had to replace an older fan that no longer worked. So far, this fan is very quiet and works great!

I like the look, of this fan. The light kit, is a little interesting, how it interlocks on the hub. But, all and all, this is a nice fan.

Easy Install, Convenient Remote, Love the Breeze it provides, the new fans help immensely during our long hot Arizona Summers, Cooling Comfort or just moving some stale air around.

I bought two identical fans. Neither one had the instruction manual. I had to find it online. Then one remote worked but the other didn't. Found out that oneof the remotes was missing the battery. This is a great fan but the packaging process needs serious inspection!

Love our new fan! It’s quiet, very good looking, and provides excellent circulation in our large open family room. The remote is simple to use for us 2 seniors! It did take 2 reputable electricians 1 1/2 hours to assemble and install it, but it’s perfect. We will buy another for our bedroom!

This fan really moves more air than the regular ceiling fans. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Fan is excellent ,quiet throws a lot air light dims ,remote works good ,you can turn off beep on remote very good fan .

Just purchased but very disappointed. Love the look of this fan but the roaring noise the motor makes is loud and so annoying! Want to swap out with another one but afraid of the same problem.

This is a very nice fan. Fairly easy to install. It is the first fan unit I have installed that required the light assembly to be plugged in before the fan would work. I would make one cautionary note for installers. When putting the 2 screws in the cowl/cover at the ceiling, cover the motor assembly with a towel as it does not have protection from the possibility of dropping the screw(s) into the motor assembly.
