nice tool box , Damaged on arrival
Tool box is super nice. Well built.
Does Home Depot care how these 600 lb tool boxes are secured when transporting?
Zero padding , and only secured with 1 strap. 5 min of extra care in the shipping department would of avoided this.
Looking at the reviews , I am not the only one.
Fortunately the damage was on the backside of the tool box.Not returning it , too much of a hassle.
I will decide with my wallet , Lost a customer.
Delivery guy was super nice.

Product has great quality in mind. I have had this product for about a month now. All draws have anti-slide mats with logo, pretty cool touch. All draws have easy close ball bearing slides. Metal quality is good and appears durable. Stainless top is not as easy to clean. The shipping protection film left spots on top that cant be buffed out but can be overlooked, its a work top. Overall, its actually a great box!

Toolbox was pristine, all tires rotate. Excellent quality. Corner wheels lock. Wooden top is exactly 24”x72”x1”. Top is 37 3/4” from the floor. All drawers are soft close.

Overall great cabinet, except for
I purchased 2 of these cabinets for my workshop. Overall I love them except for the small drawer depths which run 1.5" deep to 1.75" deep. Using the rubber drawer mats decreases this depth by an 1/8". The drawer organizer trays I have found run 2" or more deep. Being able to insert such trays would aid in the organization of small tools.
Also, the power outlets placed on the sides of the cart are not convenient, at least the way I have the carts arranged. I would rather see them placed so I could access the outlets from the front.

Unreasonably angry at plastic.
First of all, the unboxing video is fraudulent. A pure, staged, lie.
The entire chest is covered in that protective plastic that comes on new metal, and not in a good way.
They didn't take it off the sheet metal before building it, so any metal that is overlapped the plastic is under there, and impossible to remove. It is under handles, next to drawers, etc. After 2-3 hours of work, there are little flaps of plastic everywhere (see pictures).

Damaged upon delivery
Home Depot really struggles to deliver items on time and without damage. The delivery service HD used is an absolute and total joke. Insultingly poor service and communication. The box itself is nice just be prepared for how hard it can be to get it. Store folks were helpful. Delivery service should have been fired before they started. Who vets these services?

Great product - terrible delivery experience
First attempeted delivery was canceled as the workbench was damaged. The 2nd arrived a week later after several calls to Home Depot. Driver said he could not speak english and left the unit on its side with all the drawers face down then left! The unit is so heavy there was no way I could lift it up without getting help from a willing neighbor. Very disappointed Home Depot are using “US Pack Logistics” as they are trult terrible!!

From Day 1, no flaws.
Great space. Drawers handle weight well. Drawer’s ‘soft close’ is a game changer as drawers don’t slam shut, retaining tools where they were placed instead of sliding to rear of drawer. Vise mount on stainless steel front corner improves this item immensely. This is my third, and most improved Husky box.

Arrived damaged on all sides
The work bench was very carelessly handled by the movers. The crate was missing, the box was opened, the huskey logo was plucked out and missing, it looks like it has been dropped on its side because the actual metal backing was bent in multiple places, and finally, it looks like it has been moved around by using the casters on ruff ground, hence the deep scratches in the plastic wheels. For just under $2k with shipping and taxes, i was very dissapointed.

AMAZING VALUE
This box has been an absolute success. Delivery was quick and the guys who delivered were professional and even listened to suggestions. As for the box itself, I love the soft close drawers and the raising top is convenient for longer tools and items I do not use every day. The power strip on the side of the box really helps to hide the plugs and allowed me to remove the power strip I mounted on the walls before. Everyone who comes over to the house loves the color. I loved it so much I bought the 80" toolbox in the same color.

Scratch and ding product for full price!
Purchased this box brand new and when arrived the stainless top was scratched, dented, front and rear of box was scratched, empty tool packages in the drawers, loose hardware on the handles, dirty wheels.

store left the box outside
Over all i like the box . It’ll get the job done . But picked up the tool box and during conversation with staff i found out the box was left outside in the packaging . After removing the protective plastic cover over the entire box ive found more surface rust. Not sure what to do now. It was huge hassle to get the box home.

Damaged upon delivery
I ordered the workbench to complete my garage renovation. Upon delivey, I was informed by the driver that it was damaged (see photo) and that if accepted delivery, to contact the store manager at Eastvale, CA where it was picked up for a discount. I paid for and wanted a new, undamaged unit. I have disputed the charge and waiting for the charge to be removed. Meanwhile it still shows as “on schedule” in my order history. Ridiculous

Great Tool Box
Great tool box, whether you're starting out or just getting into your trade. I'm a heavy diesel mechanic and this fits, holds, most of my tools. the wood top is nice, allows you to add custom touches without a metal top. locks up perfect every night. Rolls nicely after sitting for months on end. power strip is wonderful. Great buy!

Great box that won't break yout wallet.
First off, this box is not for the pros, but close. I'm setup at home so it's more than I need. The full wide drawer is great if you want to go crazy on your socket organization, bigger than most boxes. I wish shallow drawers were just a bit taller but they have their purpose. Deep drawers end up being junk drawers if you let it. Quality is great for the price point. Soft drawers feature works well if they drawers don't get crazy heavy.

Best purchase
I moved from a shop with built in tool boxes and needed a new worktop bench that was similar. This has been the best toolbox purchase when considering the build quality and price. I am not comfortable with spending 10x the price from snap on when this is just as good if not better.

I would have wanted a second hand rail for each side so I could protect the plug area when I have the unit located in a corner area .. So far I really like the unit for my new garage space !!

Overall This is a Great Tool Box
This is a great tool box for the price. The only problem I see with the box itself is that the top drawers are a little too shallow. The other problem I had was with shipping. The pallet that the box was shipped on was very flimsy and was falling apart when I received it. Everything else I am happy with and I would purchase again if I had to do it again.

Will not lock
Only three drawers will lock for me. There is no way of getting to the locking mechanism without cutting the box open. Poor design.

Toolbox kitchen
I bought the 52 inch and the 72 inch boxes for my new kitchen. They have so much storage it's insane. I could not have planned this any better with any other toolbox. I told my husband we could have a toolbox kitchen if I could find something I like and these were it! They do resemble kitchen cabinets but so much cooler!!
Best part...soft closing drawers!!!!!!!

Great value for the $$$
Arrived with no dents, scratches, or other defects. 20 min to install the grab bar, sort out all the drawer liners, and verify that everything was working as expected. Rugged construction, wheels & locks work great, 'self-closing' drawers work flawlessly, finish is great. Stainless steel top is only 1 mm thick, core is fiberboard-type material. Top scratches easily. Would have preferred a 'butcher-block' style top. Power strips are 15 amp units. Wishing there were more deep drawers.

Big Red
My old tool box and work bench were about 40 years old. The old style with just sliders to open and close the draws. I felt it was time to upgrade and treat myself to a new set. I search on line for months but kept on coming back to the Husky 72". The amount of draws and the size of the toolbox was just what I needed. 95% of everything I had between the old tool box and the work bench fitted in my new 72" work/ bench tool box. I am 100% satisfied with it. Thanks Home Depot, thanks Husky.

Best tool chest
Very nice chest with plenty of room for tools. Bottom drawers are huge enough for most power tools. Love the storage under the table top when you rise it. Electric plugs for all my battery chargers is a plus. I am Very happy with this purchase.
