I bought this set to replace a 30 yr old loose set that got wet & rusted. I really like that this set has both SAE & metric all in a small carry case which folds and takes up very little room in your tool case. Many times when you see that you need an Allen wrench you don't know which size nor if t's SAE or metric. Before I used to take a few of each size & type with me and then after I was done having to put 6 or 8 back. With this set you can just carry the whole thing, pull out what you need, if that doesn't work just slide it (or click it) back into its holder and try the next size, very cool! When the case is folded it's very easy to see the 2 different sides, so lets say if the SAE wrench is too loose and the next size too tight, then you can see the metric wrenches not even an inch and a half away, and choose one of them to try. A few things, the Allen wrenches have a light coating of oil on them, which will help with keeping them rust free, so I use gloves when using them. The 360 picture on the HD website doesn't show the white clasp that can keep the tools together (see pic below). I was not able to get the little white ball of the plastic latch into the other side, so I figured it might be a pain to get it off later, so I just left it undone. The set actually stays folded pretty much by itself and really doesn't need the clasp, but you could use a rubber band. I like that this set has the ball ends on the long side, as it's handy when you're in a tight spot and need to access an Allen head bolt at an angle. Each side of the case opens up for better access to the smaller wrenches, When the case is opened the wrenches can be pulled toward you or taken out thru the top hole. The spline has holes for hanging on a wall. I really like that each wrench is clearly marked in white on the case, as well as etched into the side of each wrench (I couldn't find it on the .05, but could just be me not having a magnifier strong enough to see it! LOL...but all the others had it.) To conclude this set well made & well thought out and is a true bargain, esp. with the lifetime guarantee! If you're a heavy duty user of this type of tool, you might want to move up to the new diamond ended wrenches that Husky line now has. This set is perfect for all your jobs. You can’t beat the price and warranty on husky brands. The only problem I have is the plastic white clip that holds the set isn’t the best clip it’s hard to snap it and open back up, overall I’m satisfied.

Keys seem to be good quality, I like the length of them. I hate the case.

Needed a long set of Allen wrenches to change the batteries on my stair lift. Recessed area was difficult to reach. The ball-end worked perfectly.

The ball ends are so convenient

This is not a true ball end hex. A small section of the end is rounded off. Would not fit into the screw at the very slightest angle. Had to return and buy a different brand.

Sizes appear to be correct Larger sizes are loose in the holder. Wrenches appear to be through hardened. No real negatives..

The case broke apart first day I owned it

The Plastic Case is awkward as all get out. The white "Latch" piece doesn't actually latch anything. This case takes a "Clip-In" approach for each wrench instead of the traditional "tubes" that each item slips into. When you try sliding the wrenches in/out of the holder, it sucks and results in aggravation to line the wrenches back up. Also, they fit too loosely and will fall out of the holder. We purchased 2sets for a maintenance shop, no one's favorite tool to reach for.
