I bought NewAge and they came with major or damage. So I ordered the Husky cabinets and they had to be assembled which took some time. Especially since every part is wrapped in protective film that is very difficult and time consuming to remove (removing the film took 3x the time to assemble). Once assembled, I noticed some dents in the doors so I called customer service and they sent new doors out which arrived in just a couple of days. In the end, prefer these in everyway over the NewAge.

Cabinet arrived with defects (with door bending ,scratch, etc) the options to return and pickup the item that i already assembly were not providing and easy alternative for me. I decided to keep it as it will cause more time investment for me to get this return and wait for another replacement.

Picked this up today after ordering online lst week. Looks well packed from the store. Package weighs over 130lbs but got an extra pair of hands from staff to load into my vehicle. Opened the box and the disassembled parts look well packed and organized. However, as I started to assemble and grab pieces from inside the box as the manual recommended, I noticed deep dents and multiple areas and the left door was missing the magnet piece to hold the door shut.

Product is easy to assemble. Works well. The only problem is shipping. Takes multiple attempts at delivery to store to get an undamaged cabinet. Strongly recommend cabinet. Shipping is POOR.

Very happy with these. Cabinets are fairly durable and store a ton. Buying a couple extra shelves gives you even more storage. Great way to reduce clutter and keep things organized.

Great product looks fantastic and good value. I wish the back and sides and top were as study metal as the doors. This needs to be mounted or strapped to prevent tipping over. Other than that great. The shelves are good but again the steel could have been thicker and more heavy duty. I paid $850 for 2 46 inch wide cabinets. These will last a lifetime. Also I had no dents or scratches and both units were pristine.

After reading reviews I was hopeful that my order would not be damaged like previous ones. I was wrong. Almost every single panel was dented. The box was not protected on the sides only the front and back. They know there is a problem with packaging but refuse to address it. I would not order this cabinet again.

I really like this cabinet. It was very simple to assemble. Some of the parts seem as if they were used because they came scratched up. They even had the protective plastic film covering them and they were still marked up, so that was disappointing. But this works out great for my needs. It’s a glorified fishing cabinet for me.

The product is a good quality. The only problem I had was shipping damage.

I love how these toolboxes and cabinets look, but both cabinets had quite a bit of damage to them for $400 a piece. I was given $140 off of 2 cabinets that cost $800. The shipment dates were messed up and things came in on different dates. They were supposed to replace one of the cabinets, but nobody ever came to get it. I paid over $1,800 for the order and most definitely did not get my money's worth on the cabinets. I am extremely disappointed with Home Depot and how they handled this!

Didn’t notice the door was bent until it came time to hang it… very disappointed…

No scratches on the exterior. Ordered 6 cabinets, 2 X 36" and 4 X 30.5". The 36" came in first, cabinets looked great, the instructions could be better by pointing out to look at labels on panels. Assembled the 36" with very few problems. Next day started on 30.5" cabinets. First had a slight dent in the back, no problem going against wall. Second cabinet the upper panel with the magnet was bend in so the door does not close. Assembly takes about 1.5 hours each so I got it kind of bend out and made it work. Third cabinet had few small bend in the back but there was a gash in the handle of the door. So now I start on the fourth cabinet, left side panel bend on the bottom and inside where the shelf's hang. Right door big bend by the upper hinge. Called customer service, they immediately started working on picking up the bad unit. Home Depot responded quickly but they should put pressure on the manufacturer, all the damage is from them and they knowingly are shipping it to the US from China of course. Don't do like me (assembling) , open box and check everything carefully as you are taking out of box.

Many of the parts had dents. The box had no damage and the packaging looked pristine, so I do not understand how so much of it was damaged. I believe they are repackaging damaged returns and sending it back out as new. I received two of these and both cabinets had damaged parts.

Damaged in several places. So disapaointed as its so big and difficult to return.

The cabinets showed up dented and bent beyond use. I’m sure they’re aware of this and send these cabinets out hoping people won’t follow up with the bent cabinets. Is an unbelievably frustrating experience as I’ve assembled the entire garage to the point where this cabinet was the last piece. Lo and behold it doesn’t shut because it’s warped/bent. Of course it’s a hassle to disassemble and return to the stores, which is what I’m betting they’re counting on by selling these at a discounted rate.

Likes the size and the facts it's metal. But like a lot of reviews mentioned, there's a lot of damaged panels.

Cabinets are rather flimsy, but they’re easy to assemble. The biggest issue youll have is the state they will be in. I ordered 3 and all 3 had significant damage, dings, and dents. Required a lot of ingenuity to make them usable. Home Depot CS while “understanding” really didn’t do much. They did refund a portion of the order, however, I essentially have returned/open box/used cabinets as “new” units. The shipping/packaging/QA is all severely lacking. If you don’t have a plethora of tools and know-how don’t bother. Do not recommend.

Product came in damaged. Did not notice until I unpacked and stated assembling, thank god not gone too far with my assembly. Also one more observation the parts labeling is not good it’s really hard to read the manual and do the assembly. Home Depot customer service is great, I am returning the product. Don’t want to try my luck again with a replacement order.

After going through the ENTIRE box I have yet to find ANY bolts to mount the pieces together. I have 4 panels damaged. Both doors and both side panels.

Damaged inside package. Too heavy to return sad. Useable.

I don't even know where to start. This was so disappointing. Cabinet is junk and the customer service was half as bad. Mine came with 6 dents pre-installed. Taking plastic off all the panels was horrible and then the finished product was as flimsy as a trash bag. Wouldn't recommend this or the wall mount cabinet.

I purchased one of these cabinet three years ago and loved it. They are not the same quality now. After four attempts to get one that was in decent shape, and it looks so till I started building it. The one I purchase three years ago was thicker gauge metal, boxed panel design for strength, and designed by someone who works in a garage. The newer version is made of very thin material, single bend, poor punches, and awful packaging for transport. 100 dollar cabinet at best.

I’m very disappointed. I pay for a new product and I received a cabinet with a lot of scratches, damaged corners. The packing was good, they put a used gabinet inside.

Overall quality is fine, but not great. Both side panels arrived dented which is really disappointing. Guessing the box was dropped in transit. It's also pretty difficult to square up. You have to loosen the bolts that hold on the back panel and somehow hold it square while you tighten them up. Wouldn't purchase another and would return if I hadn't already assembled it.

Just received this and put it together. Now the left door can be opened even if the cabinet is locked. Go figure. two of the rivet nuts came out when tightening the screws. Wish I could return the product but I already put it together. I am a loyal customer and when we send our hard earned money and receive crap products that r ally cuts deep!

The situation first started when I first purchased the shelving unit that was on sale. I purchased the shelving unit in the store, and only after unpackaging it in my shop did I notice how bent and dented some of the legs were. Needless to say I just assembled it and took pictures to write a review about how they handle their products in the store. A few days after I purchased a shelving unit, I purchased this cabinet. I had a short delay of two days which wasn’t the worst thing in the world and not really Home Depot’s fault, but when I received the cabinet, it’s dented in multiple places and it’s unacceptable to receive something like this whether it’s Home Depot’s fault or FedEx’s fault. Someone should be held accountable because I’ve spent about $600 bucks and receive two products are technically defective. Its a great product, but not when it comes broken in for you

I got enough cabinets to do my garage. The amount of packaging involved in these things is insane!! I’ve taken two dump trailer loads so far…. And that’s only because I stopped trying to remove the plastic sheeting g that covers and protects every panel! Great quality product but good gosh stop with the plastic covers!!! The worst part is if you actually try to remove it from every panel - YOU CANT! They bend it with the sheet in Place so it tears and leave ugly

I purchased two Husky 48” x 72” x 18” D in RED!!! They are easy to build and worth every cent!!! I am 66 years old and a pretty fit woman. I fit so much stuff in them, my garage is neat and beautiful! The RED cabinets stand out and everyone always comments on how beautiful they look!!! I wish I could put more of them in my garage because they are so beautiful!!!! Thanks Husky for making it easy to put together and easy on the eyes!!!

Easy to assemble, quality is good not heavy duty, the only problem was the lock wasn’t working other then that is perfect to organize tools
