Adding to a previous customer’s review, it is definitely NOT the same as the sample. We wanted a “fabric look and feel” and we got both in the sample, but neither in the three boxes we ordered. The sample has a rigid feel. The tiles we paid for have a smooth feel with what looks like a “ridge look” either painted or sanded in. We are very disappointed. Two photos below show the difference in the tiles.

I got this tile a year ago. Used it for kitchen backsplash and fireplace accent wall. Looks amazing! It was also easy t work with. It was exactly what i was looking for" matte, some texture and not solid black, but with some incorporations.

Not as pictured. I ordered the BLUE and this is black with subtle (I mean subtle) tones of purple and blue.

Love this tile! It is so smooth and of very high quality. We needed some subtle pizazz, plus quiet personality, to complement a very lively wood tile in our country bathroom. The Piston Stone Blue added a degree of class and calmness that was PERFECT. I highly recommend it!

Color didn't look nearly like the picture terrible product especially for the price

It’s red tile painted black. Any chip will show the red clay so be careful

Besides the 50% plus breakage on every attempt to order it, I found it overpriced for the quality. It looks like hand made tile in the pictures. It’s the most basic quality wall tile. It’s worth $2-3/SF, not nearly $9.

That is ok. Not right kind color

This is nice tile. My big complaint is that it isn't the same as the sample I ordered. We had more breakage than we have in previous tiling projects but I don't blame Home Depot for that. I think it is because the tile is Terra cotta. We used black grout and love the look of this backsplash in our kitchen.

Shipped to store in excellent expanding foam packaging and not a single tile was damaged. Used as a backsplash and behind cooktop. Perfectly complimented our black granite composite sink and black appliances. Would definitely consider this tile for further projects!

Great tile, it has a cool distressed look to it and some white speckling

I like it a lot. Used it around fireplace and as a backsplash. It has unique look due to small spots of grey. I really like it a lot.
