Had to immediately return. Sales associate and manager loaded it onto a cart with it being broken and didn't say anything. When I immediately took it back, I was badgered with questions regarding how it got broken. Instead of new one being ordered by the asociate, it was refunded, and I then had to go through the entire ordering process again. Inconvenient and poor service.

Better than Single Pane
I bought these windows to replace the single pane windows in my manufactured home. Although I don't get and air drafts with these windows, they still put off a good amount of heat from outside and definitely warms up the rooms. I thought these windows would block the heat, but they don't.
