I bought the solar 550 power source and the saga 100 solar panel for my C pap when we go camping. Works perfectly. Use for a night or two and charge it in the day. Never have to worry about power for my Cpap machine. And the built in flashlight comes in handy too.

We love our Jackery 550! Originally we bought it for my CPAP and after testing it became clear it could handle that without any problem! In fact, my CPAP used less than 10% of the reserve power over night! Then my wife discovered she could power her hair gagets with it! I know right? Still, this thing is so handy we often use it in our camper if we're dry camping/boon docking to save the batteries and propane for when we really need it. This is one of the best investments we've ever made for camping! So awesome! Get one! Get two!

Durable and well built product!

This Jackery just proved itself as awesome. It has been in my truck for a year unused. I haven’t needed it. It’s been through hot wether and some below freezing temps. So today I thought I better check it, see if I ruined it by neglecting it. To my surprise it still has 78% power!! I knew Jackery is a good product but I’m honestly surprised. I really thought it would have no power after a whole year. Now I can charge it back up, use it and prepare for the upcoming hurricane season. Thanks jackery!

Excellent item to have for an emergency in the house during power outages or to use in shed or garage. The solar panels charged it up very well. You may need to move the panels around outside to get the maximum amount of sun.

It only worked my CPAP for 4 hours then run out of power. Took longer to charge it.

I bought my Jackery for the purpose of having a back up when the power goes out and out it went. A terrible wind storm and frigid temps made us get it out and use for a few necessities. But had I known that our 500w was only powerful enough to charge my laptop and phone and nothing else that really helped during that storm I probably would have invested in a more powerful unit. You see the house was frigid and the 500w didn't work with a very basic space heater. It wasn't strong enough to power the microwave, the keurig or the wifi. It basically kept things going that had little to improve the quality of life although the light was nice - I have a hand crank am/fm radio with a light that worked better. So I'm glad I have something to keep the phone going in a snow storm but I'm more happy I have a mini van that can crank the heat and run those appliances with an adapter thru the cig lighter to keep our family fed and safe.

I bought the jackery 550 as backup power for my electric outboard motor E-propulaion 3hp,,while out fishing on a large lake we ran out of power about a mile or so from the home dock. Plugged in my jackery and off we went to home dock with power to spare.great product.

It works great & I wish I had gotten one earlier.

My Jackery 550 and my Solar Panel got me through Hurricane Ian. I would charge by day and ran my full size refrigerator, fan, and lights through the night. Was able to keep my cell phone charged throughout the power outage.I would highly recommend the Jackery and have done so to all my friends, here in Florida!

Purchased to run CPAP in case of power outage. I don't use the dehumidifier on my CPAP and the 550 will run my CPAP for 3 nights on one charge. Very pleased with the purchase.

I also recently purchased the 550 specifically to power my CPAP machine while camping. I very pleased with it, but would like to point out that the power consumption is dependent upon several factors, which include but are not limited to: ambient temperature, the CPAP machine's maximum blower setting and its humidifier temperature setting. To conserve the Jackery's power, powering the CPAP machine using a DC converter helps.

Great product and Home Depot delivery and service was the best….

Wanted to like this product, the manual indicated to power 60 W camping fridge it would last 39 hours, the first night Jackery went from 100 percent to 54 percent about 12 hours, however after solar charging to 100 percent the next day on the second night the product went from 100 to 30 percent in just a few hours. Have no idea why it wouldn't perform the same as first night. We almost lost a lot of our food because of this..

This is junk! We bought read all directions and despite best efforts and full charge this would not work for 1 hour. Save you money. Im returnimg mine.

Did just as I hoped while camping. It worked great when I didn't have shore power.

easy to use-using generic solar panel to recharge as well

I was excited to get this and try it because I was traveling. Instead of a ice chest I have a electric refrigerator and I thought this would come in handy but instead you have to find The sun all the time so you chasing the sun around and when you charge it electricity it last longer with the solar not so good

I haven’t had to use it but with fire season here who knows. It charged nicely and now charging solar panel.
