Easiest backer board to install, great product

This stuff will dry your adhesive out faster than you can set it. The solution is using a waterproof membrane. But at that point you may as well buy durock or green board. Professionals do not like using this. It’s junk.

Boards were nice and flat. They were actually 0.42" instead of 0.5" thick though.

The best thing to use for shower walls and bathroom floors

This product is crap. It won’t break where I scored it, but then breaks in half where I don’t want it to break. The edges break when you screw into them, and the screws won’t sink. Save yourself the hassle and just buy durock.

This was excellent for my project

It was just what I needed to get the job done. I'm a happy customer.

Score it as many times, and as deep, as you want. It will snap along the score then leave 1/4" of board below your snap line to clean up. Take 1 minute scoring multiple times, 30 seconds snapping, then 10 to 15 minutes cleaning up the edge. Every time foe every board.
