Nice toilet with dual flush
Nice designed toilet and installation was a bit different...from my other 3 toilets ( AS & Glacier Bay). The water tank is ajustable to ensure it's fully level...initially it was not, I backed off one of the nuts and presto...level...lol.
Something to take note I needed a 16" flex line the 12" old one wasn't long enough and do yourself a favor buy the fluidmaster cap for the bolt cover assembly....supplied caps snap on and in some cases you'll need to hack the bolt to fit.

Toilet does not flush #2 down the drain
This is the worst toilet.It won't flush #2 down.There's not enough water for the waste to hit.It gets stuck on the side of the bowl.The only way to get it down is to manually push it.This is gross and a big pain and leaves streaks.I had a plumber look at it.He said there's nothing that can be done to fix it because the water level cant go any higher due to the shape of the bowl and trap(loop under the bowl).I am replacing this with a toilet that actually works.Thats $300 down the drain

There are often minor adjustments that can be made in your toilet tank to ensure it flushes and cleans the bowl properly. You will want to ensure the chain that comes off the canister flush valve is taut. There should be no slack in the chain (1-2 links at most). The black refill tube in the toilet should be connected on both ends; from the fill valve to the top of the canister flush valve. Highly recommend if you have lower back knee or a senior citizen
First time I tried this was at my uncles house. I couldn’t believe how wonderful an extra tall toilet is better for you than your standard chair size I highly recommend this toilet and brand which is very reliable. Toilet Leaks
I recently installed this extra tall high line toilet purchased at Home Depot. I’ve done many toilet installations. The wax ring that came with this toilet is small and very cheap. The ring is now leaking as you can see on the picture. The small drip leaked into the basement and directly on my wedding albums pictures and love letters of 45 years. I am so upset. Shame on you for providing such a cheap wax ring. Ugh!!!!

This toilet has changed my life. But seriously, I am 5ft 4 and I installed this big guy myself (my brother helped me place it) using a Korky ring instead of the wax it came with (made it easier as a novice). The height of the toilet has saved my husband's back and 'aim'. I watched 3 online videos, removed the old toilet, and installed this one. The whole process only took me about 3 hours (including watching the videos). I wish I had done it earlier! I will probably install this in all of my other bathrooms too.

Toilets shouldn’t be complicated
So far so good I suppose. Well I would’ve preferred the extra tall toilet for me..it’s taller than the one I had but it could still be higher. I recommend going for the tall one. The water level is too high. I’m not sure how you adjust that so when you wipe it’s pretty easy to touch the water in the toilet!!😳 as always I recommend washing your hands Whether you touch the toilet water or not.

Multiple issues with this Kohler toilet.
Ownership, 1 yr on 9/17/23. I was a plumber for 3 years, construction manager 23. Facilities 20.
1-The paint finish is poor, constantly scrubbing it UNDER WATER to keep it clean! NG! :(
2-Leaks internally, Sent me 2 new seals,(had to take apart v, carefully)
3-No seat incl, bought KOHLER K-4636-0 Seat, hinges broke off! Garbage! Kohler living on a name!
I hate leaving bad reviews, these guys earned it. shut off your water and see if tank keeps emptying overnight. Then get new seals! :(:( !

So perfect!
My husband is 6'3" and has limited mobility. This toilet is the perfect height for him. We recently moved and the toilet here was probably 40 years old and it was shorter than a standard toilet. Making matters even worse was it barely flushed. It would take 5 or 6 times to get any waste down and that meant waiting for the tank to refill with every ineffective flush. This is a one flush and it's quick. The icing on top is the fact that it's a Kohler!!

Tall but not great
It is great height - almost to tall. When flushing I did all of the things suggested in the reviews but still doesn’t have a hard flush. A little disappointing.

Hi NewToilet, this is Meli with Kohler Co. I am sorry your Highline Arc toilet is not flushing well. This is unusual for this toilet as it has a top-rated flush valve assembly. There may be an issue with the settings in the tank, the waste tube, or the venting. Please review the following settings in your tank and correct if necessary. The trip lever should be taut; remove excess links of chain until there is very little play in the chain when the toilet is at rest. Check that the water level is at the water line mark on the canister. The refill hose must be inserted into the top of the canister flush valve and pushed in as far as it will go. 19" Tall Toilet
If you are shorter than 5ft10, you will have difficulty with this 19" model. Taller toilet makes it easier to clean without hard bending and that's a plus. But I wouldn't buy a 19" again as 2 out of 3 in household are shorter.
If everyone tall, this will suit.

Last piece of the puzzle
This KOHLER Extra Tall Highline Arc Complete Solution 2-piece 1.28 GPF Single Flush Elongated Toilet in White is the final piece to my remodel puzzle. I now have all the major items purchased to start the adventure of my first bathroom renovation. I picked the extra tall toilet because I am getting older and my knees are not as good as they used to be. This toilet is just the right size for the bathroom and how can you go wrong with KOHLER? The toilet is also elongated and comes with the toilet seat. It was packaged extremely well and was shipped to my residence. Now the fun begins!

Terrible toilet
Toilet does not clean the bowl and water level is even worse. I find myself having to clean the toilet on a daily because of the lack of pressure and water level. Bought this at West Sacramento store and had it professional installation. If i could , I would return it, For the price , NOT IMPRESSED!

TooLive, my name is Jessica with Kohler Customer Service. I am sorry to hear you are having troubles with your Highline toilet. The chain connecting to the trip lever should be taut. If there is any slack, it should be tightened to remove the slack. The water level can also be checked. The water level in the tank should be at the water line which is marked on the inside back wall of the tank or on the flush valve. The refill tube can be checked as well. It should be connected at both ends connecting the fill valve to the center of the canister valve. If either end is disconnected, it should be pushed back into place. Please also ensure there is water coming out of all of the rim holes around the bowl when the toilet is flushed. A GREAT TOILET !!
KOHLER Extra Tall Highline Arc Complete Solution 2-piece 1.28 GPF Single Flush Elongated Toilet in White (Seat Included ) seems to be well made, very solid and durable, and very comfortable height which makes it easier on the knees! It is a GREAT install; VERY EASY instructions with pictures! It was a little awkward installing the ‘push on’ nuts to the screws for the seat; especially when the cat was ‘helping’ !! Wax ring included. The instructions show a 7/8” water supply line but is not included. The hardest part of the whole project was removing my old toilet and wax ring. If you’ve never replaced a toilet, this is easier than you think, and you will not be disappointed!! (Pic 5 and 6 shows old vs new.)

great height
This was easy to install remodeling bathrooms these have become a request for most people for the toilet seats to be taller and can get rid of the plastic booster so many people have gotten. Comes with almost everything needed did replace the waterline with a BrassCraft 3/8 in. Compression x 7/8 in. Ballcock Nut x 12 in. Braided Polymer Toilet Connector Store SKU # 405647. The slow close lid is great no more banging.

Great toilet by Kohler
This toilet by Kohler is another quality option from a company known to delivery great toilets. The toilet is a higher than standard toilets and sits about 20 1/2 inches when the seat is down. I stand at 5’ 11” and have a 32” inseam so would recommend if you are shorter than that or have a shorter inseam I would recommend you get the standard version of this toilet. At a shorter height it might be a little harder for your feet to be on the floor.
The flushing for the toilet is very powerful and shouldn’t have any issues moving waste out. Flushing is very easy and fluid motion. The tank fills up fairly quickly.
Installation is very easy and just like any other Kohler toilet.

Awesome Toilet
So it was time to replace our toilet in our half bath. I went looking for the best option and came across this Kohler Extra Tall Highline Arc toilet. It features an extra tall (more comfortable) seat. It also has the no plug flushing system which eliminates the flapper and it constantly getting stuck on the chain. the wide apron helps stabilize the toilet on the floor and doesn't need to be grouted or caulked unless you wish to do so for ascetics. The sleek arc design gives the toilet a pleasant stylish look. Very happy with the toilet and may put another in our other bath.

Extra Tall = Amazing
As my wife and I are getting older, it makes a world of difference having an extra tall toilet. It is so much easier to sit down and even so much easier to get up. The toilet that I replaced was
5 1/2 inches lower that this new Kohler. The seat is easy soft close. It is now so much more comfortable for me and my wife as well as my adult children and my aging parents when they visit us. This toilet is fantastic.

A great toilet for ease of sitting down and getting up. I'm a senior with arthritis and this toilet really helps. It's got a great economical water flush, so it should save water and money. It also has a larger discharge opening and trap, so it should help prevent blockage. Installation wasn't too bad. It comes with everything you need for installation. I did have to get a longer water supply line.
