I bought this after using it at my sisters house. So glad I did feel fresh after every use.

Not great at all. Super cheap.. seat bends when I sit on it and prevents the bidet from working properly. I have to sit up a bit to get bidet arm out and working

Indeed I am so happy that I bought this. I only wish Kohler should make a spray flow or direction of the water rather than a straight direction. Sprayer can wash better.

Why did I wait so long to get one. Love it.

We are pleased with the Puretide bidet seat . The instructions for installation were good and it is sturdy and worksxwell.

Pros:, Looks nice, has nice slope to it that seems to actually help when using the cleaning part of the Bidet. Light lid /seat so it does not slam. Sprayer is nicely tucked away. We chose the full power nozzle head attachment. If you have had a surgery that limits your mobility to clean yourself properly this is a good idea. Do like the handle, gives you ability to move the sprayer for better aim. All parts fit good while installing no problems there either. Cons: The seat hole for some reason is smaller even thou if you put your old seat on top of it, seems to be the same size (Yes we did that) If your a bigger person / male you have to make sure all your "male parts" are on / in properly. ;) . Takes a little more time to clean than a regular toilet seat. But over all we like it and are happy with it.

Works well, easy to install. We have a fancier seat in master bath (Heated seat, & warm water). Due to the lack of and outlet at the 2nd location, we elected to give this seat a try. The only drawback is the cold water, but we new that when purchased. very pleased so far.

The T connector was not working leaking I have to find replacement parts

Bought this for a family member with health issues. It is amazing. He no longer needs any help with ‘cleanup’ and gives a great feeling of independence. It was easy to install and does an excellent job. I definitely recommend.

Hardware to connect to my toilet was different than the directions so it was a guessing game to assemble.

It is okay. It is a bit flimsy, but it does the work. The seat is cool though

I purchased this bidet after using one at a friends home but wanted an adjustable handle. This helps so that I don't need to move around to find the right position plus comes with 3 different pressure settings

I got this about a week ago and the water drips from the handle all the time. It fills a small dixie cup overnight. I see many other people have this issue. Other than that it was easy to install and everything else works great. I have emailed Kohler support and hopefully they will have a solution.

The bidet leaves one feeling cleaner and reduces tissue quantity. In my opinion, every home should have one!

Easy to install, and effective as bidet. Hooked to cold water line, water temp is "room Temperature" but tolerable for a bottom rinse!

It worked great for about a year, then after that the water pressure steadily decreased until no water came out. I’m thinking the reason is the electrical parts under the protective cover got clogged or damaged. There might be a filter under there or something. I am not very handy, so it’s too much trouble for me to take it apart and see. Before that, it was wonderful. I liked having a bidet though, so I’m thinking of just buying another seat and replacing the old one.

When I started working remote 6 months ago I decided it was no longer necessary and healthier not to shower everyday. The one thing that prevented me from stopping that unhealthy routine was not being able to keep that area of my body as clean as it should be without using wet wipes that are not recommended for flushing. This product solved that issue! I am so happy with this I am going to give this to 2 friends for Christmas. The message will read “ Merry Christmas And A Clean Rear!”

The opening is small for a average man. Installing the bidet is not that hard although the medal part that threads on to the plastic stem from the tank is sharp. It will easily tear the threads up.

Shipped to my house in 2 days. Quality is very good. Easy to install. Came with all the pieces. This works and does the job.

This is a great bidet option that uses no electricity.
