Hi Guys , so we just had this sink installed into our new kitchen and it’s an absolutely stunning sink but we’ve been using it for over a week and a half now and noticed the red spots someone else talked about on here but got the bars keeper to get rid of those but we are noticing how scratched it is and correct me if I’m wrong but it’s not supposed to scratch . We aren’t dropping things into the sink just simply placing a bowl or plate in there every now and then .... so please tell me what i see what I’m seeing in the pictures ..... thank you

The image that shows the dimensions of this product are completely wrong. It shows the tub of the sink being 30 inches when in fact it is 27.75 inches. Front to back it says 19 inches when in fact it is only 16 inches. When it arrived I opened the box, looked at it and checked the model number to confirm I was shipped the right sink. I was. I trusted the images so I did not actually measure it before I handed the sink to our counter fabricator. They cut our quartz, installed the sink and it was then that I noticed it looked small. It's not the counter fabricators mistake so now I have to live with a smaller sink than I would have if the dimensional drawing was truthful. I'm assuming all Kraus dimensional images for under-mounts have this issue so buyer beware. It's an otherwise nice sink and the accessories seem to be nice quality. It's unfortunate that a couple bad drawing typos cause disappointment with the product but its not fair to people who are expecting one thing to get something so different. The dimensions aren't just a little off, they're way off.

Sink is beautiful, everyone commits on it. Very fuctional. Love the drying rack and the cutting board. Strainer cover nice extra. Highly recommend.

Installed this sink in our totally remodeled 30 year old kitchen. I couldn't be more pleased with the product. Ordered from Amazon and it arrived quickly and packaged well. After much research and some help from my brother who also has a Kraus sink as well, I finally made my decision. I looks great in my new kitchen. My plumber who installed it said he's seen these in a lot of high end homes. Glad we purchased this sink and Britt faucet.

Before the plumber even hooked up the faucet, the stainless steel finish looked spotty. I have resorted to car wax which has not removed the spots. The bottom is not very sloped so it takes quite a few swirls around the sink to get food particles down the drain. The metal lip on the sink itself does not allow granite counter top installers very much leeway on the sink opening. Consequently the cutting board did not fit in the sink opening but our tile guy routed out the edges on the bottom of the cutting board so we can slip it in. Also be aware that the depth of the sink may cause the plumbing to have to be redone under the sink.I do love the cutting board and drying rack concept and the size of the sink. It is great for giving Chihuahuas a bath!

I love this sink and it looks lovely. It is very large and fits all our pots and pans which is nice (I came from a double sink and this larger sink is much better). The workstation is a great feature but I'm not using it as much as I thought I would as it takes space away from the sink. However, if I entertain and need more counter space, I'm sure I will use it more. The drain on the far right might be causing my garbage disposal to not drain right. It is hard to tell if this is an issue with the disposal or the sink but the way the water pools up on the disposal splash guard prevents even water from draining. I've thrown a lemon at the splash guard and it won't go in so I think that is an issue more with the splash guard but odd that water won't even drain. I switched out the splash guard and that helped. Something to think about. The sink does scratch a little but we are overall very happy with it (except the draining issue).

We have been researching workstation sinks ever since we saw the fancy-schmancy one on TV. We are redoing our kitchen and had to go with an offset drain sink. Kraus is the only one we found that gave this option with the quality we were looking for When we first opened the box for this we were surprised with the packaging and sink quality. Kraus uses 16 gauge steel and it is very heavy duty! It is soundproofed and looks terrific. I do love Krauss' roll-out rack because it is rubber-coated, very functional and it works great! Recently the large box store had a similar Kohler sink. We were surprised to see it only used 20 gauge steel and the accessories seemed very chintzy when compared to this sink. The quality of the Kohler felt and appeared dramatically less substantial. The sink is not without its cons. The biggest is the very squared-off edges. HUGE pain in the butt to keep clean! The corners are debris catchers. Plus, most come with a strainer option and this does not - that accessory would have been helpful. We have been using our Kraus workstation sink for a few months now and we can tell you overall this sink rocks! The roll-up rack is great for the few items that we have to hand-wash - or to place just washed veggies before using them on the cutting board. The bottom rack does a great job of helping to minimize scuffs and scrapes. We would purchase this again.

I adore this sink! It is amazing! Every one of my contractors commented on it and the installer said he had never seen a nicer one! The finish is amazing (but don't use a sponge on it...I scratched mine a little) and the accessories are so useful and easy to use. You won't be disappointed. This is as much a work of art as it is a working sink!

This sink is great. It took us a while to find a sink that we really liked, and I'm glad we decided on this one. The integrated ledge is super convenient, and NOT a novelty like I thought it might be. We basically always have the ledge accessory on the sink, typically folded in half, and usually use it to let things dry (wine glasses, pots, travel coffee cups, etc). The cutting board is also great, and having everything as part of the sink keeps things looking clean. The off-center drain is also nice since we are able to utilize a much larger amount of the cabinet underneath than we would if the drain was in the center. One thing to note: this sink is deep. Like super-deep. If you choose it, be sure to get a faucet that has a pullout out sprayer that can extend AT LEAST 19" (this is the distance from the center of the sink to a corner). Because the drain is off center, it can be a bit more of a pain to clean since you typically have to push the food on the bottom of the sink from the far end of the sink all the way to the drain to get it all clean. This is significantly easier if you can extend a sprayer to the far end of the sink so that you can spray everything all the way to the drain. Without a long sprayer, it is really painful to get totally clean. I coupled the sink with the Delta Trinsic Faucet and work really well together. Ideally, the nozzle on the faucet would extend another inch or two to make it a little easier to clean the sink, but I'm quite happy with that combination. Also note that I have had the sink for 6 months, have always had the bottom wire accessory in, and have not had any scratches in the sink. Highly recommended.

My contractor just installed this sink today. The sink looks beautiful but water pools in different areas which is unfortunate. I’ve never seen a sink do this.

What can I say? Can a person be in love with a sink? The Kore Workstation is by far the showpiece of my renovated kitchen. It is stylish, functional, beautiful and tough. The plumber and the granite guy both commented "wow, that's an amazing sink!" Friends love the kitchen but always wind up standing at the sink with comments like, "Holy cow!" "This is gorgeous!" "How much is this and where did you buy it?" When I break out the cutting board and silicone rack, they lose their minds. For day to day use, I love it because I don't have to worry about the edges of the sink; with the low-profile drop in lip, the edges of my granite are protected. I can toss utensils and bowls with no worries. Another plus is that I can extend the silicone drying rack and insert the cutting board (thereby covering the sink) and add 33" to my countertops for parties and such. I also chose the Kraus faucet which pairs perfectly. The finger-tip touch to turn it on and off is a delight and the tall pull-down sprayer gives the function of a commercial kitchen in a sleek look. The sink and faucet make me feel like I am in a gourmet kitchen. And for the naysayers who lament about "rust spots" or "blemishes"...I have only had one or two tiny ones and a soft cloth and Ceramabryte (the glass cooktop cleaner) took care of them with no problem and there's been no recurrence. I did learn it is important to use the bottom rack to allow the bottom of the sink to drain and dry...since I did this, no more spots. And the warranties from Kraus can't be beat. I could not recommend this sink and faucet more highly. I hope Kraus comes out with the colander basket soon as this would make this sink the best complete workstation on the market today. I shopped Ticor and others and I'm so glad I went with Kraus. Buy it now and start loving your kitchen again.

This sink is the centerpiece of my remodeled kitchen and I absolutely love it. I cook a lot and the accessories make my life so much easier. I keep the cutting board over the colander and use them daily. I can even slide a dirty pan underneath them and out of the way while it is soaking. The width of the sink still gives me plenty of space to wash and rinse. The drain at the corner makes it very efficient for utilizing space underneath for cabinets. I have a standard cabinet under the drain, plus a drawer base and recycling/trash pullout. My contractor had not done this before but he really liked the result. I had looked at a competitor that was very expense and I believe the Kraüs quality may be even better. If you want a galley-type sink-workstation, this is perfect!

Beautiful sink with all the wonderful accessories.

If you are looking for a farmhouse/apron front sink you already expect to either pay a premium for install or put in a little thought to prepare the sink base yourself. We just installed this sink and expect it to wear like any other stainless sink. We replaced a very nice cast iron sink with this as we didn't want another white cast iron sink as ours was prone to showing every wear mark from the other "K" brand. Overall, the sink was pretty easy to install. I installed the sink in a 36 inch base cabinet. This is contrary to what most of what you find on the internet. The internet claims you need to install this type of sink in a base at least 3 inches larger than the sink. After preparing the base there is a minor reveal of about 1/16" on either side of the base. Basically, the face of the cabinet is cut to match the height of the sink and the sides are notched to match the profile. I also cut the top of the base where the sink rests, so when the sink is installed the rear of the base is a little proud of the sink. This way the countertop does not put weight onto the perimeter of the sink. The sink is siliconed in place. When the countertops are installed the space between the countertop and the sink will have silicone as well. The drain that came with the sink was mostly plastic, so I opted for a complete stainless steel drain I purchased from a third party. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with this sink. We joke with our kids that if we had this when they were babies we could easily have bathed them in this huge 36" sink. We can't wait for our countertops and backsplash to be in place to finish off this remodel.

This sink is big and beautiful. It has a smart design that doesn't put the drain in the middle of the sink, yet allows it to drain easily. It easily holds big pots and pans for cleaning. I am very happy!

I am very pleased, so far, with this sink. It was a bit challenging to install but we worked through it.

I really love the way this looks, however, within 1 week, it had a huge scratch across it. And it's hard to clean because of the sharp corners, which I think is the sacrifice I had to make for a square sink. I just wish it didn't scratch so easily and quickly.

Smart look with useful accessories.

Poor drainage. Any picture Kraus uses for marketing purposes where someone is wiping up the bottom of the sink (mind you, the screen has to be out of the bottom of the sink to 'wipe it out') does my complaint justice. The bottom of the sink isn't sloped enough to move macaroni or cut up vegetables, with max water from the faucet, to the drain. If you can find a comparable sink with better drainage I'd look into it. I'd rather the bottom of the sink moved things along better.
