Leaky faucet
Great looking seems high quality but unfortunately it’s not even a year old and the spout is leaking at the swivel now end is so loose it falls off when you pull it out

Sprayer Issue
The faucet works great. But after six months, the sprayer had problem. It only work in spray mode and cannot switch to stream mode.

Great Quality and looks phenominal!
I would buy this over and over! I was a bit insecure about the motion sensor, however what I have come to find I really like, is that the faucet has a shut off timer! It is awesome while washing dishes and keeps me mindful of wasting water! Love it!

Cheap Parts Break After About a Year
We have had the faucet two and a half years and have to replace a part in the faucet that changes the water stream/flow for the second time. Not a high quality item.

It started off fine!
Purchased this faucet in January 2022.
I noticed this evening the area of the faucet that turns it on, has started to bulge out from the faucet.
It is two pieces separating from one another.
I never would have said it is 'cheaply assembled' but now, after a year I'm feeling that it is.

Perfect for bathroom remodel!
I looked at many kitchen faucet reviews as I originally wanted a more commercial looking style. Settled upon this one as it still produces a modern feel at a reasonable cost. I have had the faucet for over a year and have zero complaints.

Bought as a replacement for the kitchen sink in Lanai. The old one got rusted underneath after 7 years. Install was costly more than the purchase price of the Faucet.

Won't stay in touch mode and half the time no water in manual mode either - this is a joke
This is absolutely the worst experience. Installed it yesterday and less than 2 hours later, in the middle of prepping dinner and NO WATER. The touch sensor is hit and miss, and what is crazy sometimes I get no water even in manually. We have to keep playing with the wires, and yay we get water for a few minutes, then nothing.

Best Faucet I have ever owned!
I updated our older faucet that had a separate spray nozzle to this Oletta style and it is so much easier to use. I love how the sprayer pulls down with ease, has great pressure and also returns into the faucet with ease. The matte black doesn't show water spots and it is very easy to keep clean. I would highly recommend this faucet!

This faucet is very well made and uses an install method that attaches the faucet to the sink from the top of the sink- no need for a retaining nut installed from the underside. That is a great feature. Tis is a really great upgrade.

Nice but missing installation set screw and cover
Appears to be of high quality and the top installation flange is amazing considering you don't have to get under the sink to use it. Unfortunately, the set screw and cover was not included in the box.

Really gorgous faucet, one of the settings doesn’t work.
I love the look of this faucet. The spray function is strong. The stream setting though, leaks. What happens is the stream dribbles along with spray nozzles also dribbling along. I wish I had two clear settings; stream and spray. I would give the faucet a 10 stars!

Sleek, easy to install
The faucet was easy to install and went in smoothly after removing my old faucet. It has a sleek, clean line look to it. Easy on and off. Improved the look of the sink! Very happy with the purchase thus far (only been in for two days).

Hot and cold water backwards?
I love this faucet. It’s beautiful and the sprayer is powerful. A bit confused on the hot and cold water connection as it seems backwards. Our kitchen person installed it and the water lines are hooked up correctly. Not sure if there have been issues with this?

Thanks for your feedback and we're glad to hear that you love your faucet. This faucet offers a cold start and the water will warm up gradually as the handle is pulled down towards you.
You can also swap the connection of the waterlines at the angle stops to reverse the orientation of the handle.

Spray nozzle problems months after install
Was happy in the beginning, but after a few months the spray nozzle's button fails to work. It is stuck in the stream mode, but the volume of water is half of what it was... Unless you squeeze the button really hard.
Good money literally down the drain.

Great Sink, Great Customer Service!
We purchased this faucet last year. We had read really great reviews about other products and were in between options with a couple of brands. We had called in and spoke to Rachel who was extremely patient with us! She was very informative and helped us with some options. Qw love the overall design and it's been a really great addition to our recent kitchen remodel. We would definitely recommend this product if you are deciding between faucets.

Buyer beware. Faucet has serious pressure issues.
I received two faucets that had the same exact problem. Very low pressure when using hot water. KPF-2631 Oletto model. Finally had to choose a different model to get a working faucet. KPF-1691 Britt model. Was without hot water in kitchen for 3 weeks. Kraus refused to publish my original review that contained much more detail.

Perfect bar faucet
