Sorry to hear this. If this is a below-grade issue you may have hydrostatic pressure and need a waterproofing product like 229AR Elastomeric. If this is a roof issue related to a leak, you will need to repair the leak first with a product like 19 Ultra Rubberized Flashing Cement and 34 Asphalt Saturated Cotton Fabric. Once the leak is stopped then you can re-apply the 112 Foundation & Roof Coating.
