Beautiful sink . . . Missing parts
Our sink is beautiful but it was missing a basket strainer. Called the company and they were super friendly and willing to correct the problem.

Nice Sink
I expected the texture of the sink to be smooth almost like the quartz countertops. Instead, it has more of a matte/chalky finish feel. Other than that, I really like the sink. It is easy to clean. I also purchased the suggested oil rub which I use weekly.

Great sink, but do not like the mounting clips
Great sink that seems to be made well and it was easy to install, but the mounting clips under the sink are a poor design. They kept falling out when the sink was lowered into place in the countertop. I finally had to install the clips when the sink was in the countertop which was difficult because of the lack of room.

Looks great!
We ordered this sink to complement the new quartz countertop that was being installed. We wanted something that looked good, but also is sturdy but nice looking and doesn't spot. This sink is perfect! I love that it came with a bottle of polish also...we just installed the sink last week so haven't had a need to polish it yet! Really looks good and seems to be quite sturdy. We love the undercounter mount--makes clean up so much easier!

Love this sink
It is so beautiful when installed. This is my first remodel and when I received the sink I thought it felt lite and cheap. But it is perfect. I just needed an education on the way sink are manufactured these days. I've only had it for a month and so far no stains.

Beautiful Sinks at an Affordable Price

After nearly two months I still do not have a...
After nearly two months I still do not have a completed counter top. There have been several reschedules and major measuring and installation errors by this company. Having been required by Home Depot to pay all costs in advance I find the contractor unwilling to honor schedules and commitments they have agreed to.

We are sorry to hear about your difficulties. Please know that Karran has nothing to do at all with the installation of your countertop and sink. We are solely the manufacturer of the kitchen sink. We have no control over who is hired to make and install your countertops and the level of service, or lack of, that they provide.

This is a good product. We have the white one....
This is a good product. We have the white one. Easy to clean, it does not stain - we do not have that problem, even though some reported that. Just regular maintenance, soft scrub from time to time, rinse it. We like the fact that there is very slight slope on the bottom leading to the sink hole, this prevents from any standing water in the sink bowl.

One big sink instead of double sinks is great.
So far, I love this sink. I do use a dishpan to wash small items, however, it's great for large pans. Removing the metal grid and cleaning the sink is a breeze. I bought the recommended products for cleaning.

Beautiful and Functional
We have had this sink for about a month and so far, so good. It is beautiful and the included metal sink mat keeps anything from scratching or damaging the bottom, although I doubt it would be easy to damage or scratch. I've tossed a knife in a few times and it didn't affect the walls of the sink at all! The black finish starts to look a bit dry and dusty after several soap cleanings but the luster oil completely restores it. We love this sink so much!

Weight of the sink
The people at the Uncasville store were great.
The sink was very easy to install..
I have a QT-812-WH it fit into the hole and it looks great. The one that I took out was 50-60 lbs and this one was just about 1/3 of the weight.

Love this new sink!!
Very nice looking and very useful. The bowl is deep and we really enjoy not having a piece separate the bowls which makes it easier to store more items.
