Good for no frills coffee
I've only had this K-Mini Plus for a couple of weeks but am pleased so far. I have had other Keurig models but decided I really only need a simple brewer. I am fine with re-filling the tank for each cup as I'm not fond of leaving water in a reserve tank anyway. It is kind of loud during brewing but that doesn't bother me. The strong brew option is all I needed. I got it in the light blue/green color which goes very well in my kitchen.

Nice Brewer for most cup sizes above 8oz
Bought this Brewer for my a family member that drinks coffee on occasion. The Brewer works very well and quietly The only issue was the Brewer won't do a 6 oz cup which is the minimum setting in the reservoir. If he only use 6 oz of water it will heat up the water but will not dispense. Tried to repair this over the phone with the tech line but they just said to send the unit back so I wound up buying a larger model not wanting to risk the same thing happening.

I like it.
I like my K-Mini Plus. However, I was disappointed when I opened the box only to find expired coupons. There were two coupons, one for coffee, and one for a descaling solution, but unfortunately they expired in 2021.

    Not crazy about this little machine
    No crazy about this little machine. I like the idea of it being so small and not taking up much space. It takes some time to heat the water. Coffee isn’t strong even on strong setting.

    Too loud!
    This was a replacement for another Keurig machine that was only 2 years old & broke. I purchased this cheaper model just to use up all the Keurig pods we have. It’s loud and makes a grinding noise when it brews. This is the LAST brewer we will be purchasing. We have gone through 3 brewers in the last 6 years. We maintain them according to the manufacturer instructions and they still don’t last. Very POOR QUALITY. Very disappointing! I don’t recommend these products.

      Good coffee, bad design
      While it makes very flavorful coffee and hot chocolate, it's also very messy. The down spout spurts and sprays coffee all over. I have to hold the mug up to the spout while it dispences the hot liquids to keep it from spraying backwards, forwards, and sidewards. I've been using a taller travel mug even at home just to avoid the clean up.

      Excellent Single Serve Machine
      My husband & I do not use this everyday, as most people do. We use a percolator & a ceramic pour over pot. I wanted this machine for the convenience & love the idea you can make one cup of varying amounts. I have a Cuisinart single serve machine. I do not care for the fact that it is hard to make a small amount of coffee unless you fill the water reservoir to a minimum level. I use filtered bottled water. I know this sounds weird, but I did not like the fact that there would be water wasted because of this minimum level because I do not store water beyond the end of the day. I also like the fact that this K Mini Machine does not require storing water & it is a per use fill up. I would recommend this K Mini Plus Single Serve for a quick cup of coffee.

      Works, well kind-of
      I had been filling with 8 oz. water using a measuring cup with no problems. But today I decided to use 6 oz. of water. As usual it pumped the water into the heating chamber, but instead of completing the brew it just turned itself off... added 2 oz. more water, pushed the go button and this time it worked. Repeated this twice and got the same result. So if I only want a drink of 8 oz. it works o.k.

      The coffee does not heat up as hot as older ones and when the coffee comes into the cup it spatters on the counter and on the machine. I am not using it because of this, I am using my older model. I am sorry that I bought this.
