I went to appliances store, me and my husband just love it in first sight. We love the appearance and multifunctional, as well as the price.

It's my first experience of a counter depth fridge and love the fact that I can't lose anything at the back. The drawers work well, deep but pull out so you can see everything at the back. The ice maker works very fast and made a very large container of ice in under 24 hours. And of course it looks very sleek and I have had multiple compliments on the look.

Looks more industrial than the Monogram we replaced it with but I’m really happy with the construction, finish and functionality. It’s actually about half a cubic foot bigger in the same 42” space! Well done Kitchenaid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took delivery of this model last week and couldn't be happier. A well organized interior with ample shelf space. Having the ice bin in the door adds extra shelves in the freezer compartment. A good looking exterior sets off our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They do not normally put portable sinks in kitchens. Why would you put in a portable refrigerator? Built in is better, comfortable to use and looks sharp. Having the compressor on top changes the experience giving you a close up easy to access your precious foods that are being reliably kept at the correct temperatures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refritgerator is great but the storage drawers are not of the best quality, two of the drawer front have slipped out of place and will not go back in place.

Had several issues with LED lights. Had people come out 3 times to fix in warranty period. Once warranty expired lights went out again and was told I am no longer under warranty. Also, ice maker piece broke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit 3 months ago to replace a 28 year old Kitchenaid built in. We love the new features and hope it will last another 28 years. Now there are less options for door shelve mounting in the new unit. That is the only negative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of years ago. The best refrigerator yet. The dispenser is fantastic and I like the light. This refrigerator is sleek and clean looking. It is better than a Viking, the Viking kept breaking down and did not keep items cold. This refrigerator is much much better and a 1/3 the less cost. Cannot go wrong with this Kitchenaid Refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this built-in refrig. after waiting for a year and a half to replace my previous built-in kithenaid refrigerator. The size is supposed to be the same, but it is not. It is taller, and we had to cut the cabinet above 1/2 inch. Then it did not fit in the width. I thought I was going to go crazy. On the sides it has a metal strip to (to hang the top cover on) that a very clever handyman removed from one side to squeeze the fridg in. It was nerve racking to get it in. Once it was in, the temperature stayed consistently above 40 degrees,41-43 (setting was 37) but after about 3 months it is now 37-40, without doing anything. The freezer is good and now everything works properly, and I like it. I just wish I didnt have to go thru the agony a lot of extra work of getting it in. People should be warned that it not the same size as before. Taller and because of that metal strip it is wider.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has more interior space than I had expected. It is simple to control the temps and items in the drawers stay quite fresh. The doors are a bit uneven but I can live with that.

i ahve had this fridge for about 9 years and it is going well. i decided to pull out the ice cube dispenser from the door of the freezer for a full defrost and clean-up. well, it is clean but I am unable to put it back ! any help would be vaulable on this. thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spacious , looks nice from the outside, but disappointed in the ice making capacity. Seems the water flow from the front dispenser is very slow and very poor ice production.

Refrigerator installed in 2018. Since then the LED interior lighting has failed on three separate occasions. Once under warranty and twice out of warranty. The owner's manual says the LEDs never need to be replaced. No true. When you have to replace them it's a very difficult job since they were not designed to be serviced.

I had the older version of this same appliance, so I can say how much I love the improvements....the lighting, the temperature sensors, the extra space...it's wonderful. I did have the paneled version that you don't make anymore and wasn't sure I'd like the stainless, but it looks terrific in my kitchen.

The print shield finish is a terrific enhancement, as well as, the water filter placement, thermometers, and see thru drawers. I’ve had the refrigerator for 3 weeks and I’m very pleased with it so far!
