I thought it would be perfect for making the occasional cookies and brownies but what you don’t realize is that the KitchenAid can be used EVERYDAY! This machine is NOT just for baking but for all meals! I mix up my meatballs, mashed potatoes, dough for rolls and even whipped cream! The attachments are just the toppings of the mixer which make cooking that much sweeter!

I’m constantly baking and cooking so having this in our kitchen has been a game changer. The one thing I would recommend is getting the pour shield with it especially if using confectionary sugar or cocoa.

I really didn’t think I was going to be able to do any baking because I have little use of my hands some days because of chronic pain. This mixer totally amazed me, put all the ingredients into the bowl mixed it up and no handwork involved, lol I was able to do all my family baking in about 9 hours. That would normally have taken me about 1-2 weeks with many breaks in between. Everything turned out perfect. This is the best thing I’ve purchased for myself in a long time.

I had a hand mixer I was getting by with but longed for when I would have a countertop mixer again. I have used it every day since Christmas whether to make cakes, cookies, bread, or shred Chicken quickly when it’s still hot and so far no job has been to big or made it sound like it was struggling! I love my KitchenAid countertop mixer and cannot wait to till I can start buying all of the attachments I can use!!

I told my family that I want to be a baker when I grow so they started me off with this beautiful gift! I can't wait to start buying the attachments! I live in a small apartment with a very small kitchen and even though, it's 5 quarts, as you can see it doesn't take up much room.

I also purchased the food processor attachment, the noodle maker, and the ravioli attachment. Everything has worked perfectly. I couldn’t be happier.

I opted for this model specifically because of the higher wattage yet I wanted the 5qt so it would fit in my allotted space, and I have not been disappointed! While it kneads with the dough hook I can clean up and my kitchen is sparkling by the time my bagels are out of the oven! In short: I’m obsessed with this mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had an Artisan Kitchen Aid mixer for years and it still works perfectly, but I decided to upgrade to the Professional 500 series and give my other one to my daughter in law. It is amazing! I made hot rolls with the dough hook, and I whip cream for desserts etc frequently! Love love love it! The best part is that all my attachments I have purchased over the years for my Artisan will fit it!
