Good does the job.
It took about 30 min. to set up, after which, I put it thru a test run with a roast. With the KitchenAid grill's roasting burner, it took 2 and 1/2 hours to smoke and roast it too perfection. Going to try a port roast next.

Had to return!
I will update this when the replacement arrives. It seems to be of high quality but the motor did not turn.

no counter wright, does NOT mount to all Kitchen Aid
After 25 years with Weber, I finally switched and bought a Kitchen Aid grill, model 720-0893. This is all stainless, 5 burners, a side burner (right) and a side searer (left). The size of the grill makes it great for rotisserie cooking. I ordered the 36" rotisserie. The instructions are poor, the screw heads undersized. Worst, the motor mount does not allow you to open the side searer. I called customer service and they told me I would have to remove and install the bracket each time. Are they kidding? That coupled with the fact that there is no counter weight included for balanced turning has me putting this back in the box and returning it. I will look for a different one.

Warning: will not fit Kitchen Aid BUILT IN grill
Warning: the item description clearly states it will fit all KitchenAid gas grills. It will NOT, even with the universal mounting kit included, fit built in KitchenAid grills. Unfortunately, KitchenAid discontinued the model that fits built ins. The only reason I am not returning the item is I need a new spit and forks for my old one. But this is the best price out there on a quality must have: if you have a FREE STANDING, NOT A BUILT IN.
