I was a bit nervous as its cute, but was worried about the power. I'm glad I decided to try it! This little handheld is quite powerful and gets the job done, without being overly noisy. Very happy with this - and hopefully it lasts just as long as my previous old faithful!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received my Kitchen Aid hand mixer in late January. I have used it to make cheese cake, Boiled Icing, Butter cream icing and a cake. So far it has performed well. I like how the nice long cord can be adjusted to required length and the cord can be locked into place and it stays out of the way. The beaters are finer than any I have had previously but seem to do the job well and there is no mistaking which beater goes in which spot as they are easily identified.

The beaters of my previous hand mixer from a different brand broke. The beaters on this new Kitchen Aide hand mixer seem to be a much better quality and I'm hopeful they will last a long time.

I have 3 stand mixers. I have a Hobart N-50 and 2 KitchenAid tilt mixers, which I've not used since I purchased this little powerhouse.
