I have to spend additional time and money fixing these doors completely eliminating the point of prehung doors. Would not order again, long wait time for delivery and no resolution given by home depot other than returning the doors and waiting abother 10 days.

Definitely plan on doing some repair/finish work on these guys, but for the price I don't think you can beat these shaker doors. I replaced 4 doors with these and they do a good job of making it a bit quieter than the hollow core doors we replaced. We really like the styling, but the finish work, light damage (might be from shipping/handling) leave a bit to be desired. It's also annoying the way these are priced because if you want 1 door, you mine as well order 2 since the price differential is so minimal.

The doors they sent were 2-panel style doors, not the 5-panel style doors I ordered.

Doors were put together poorly, backside of door was not even with casing

I will never buy a Krosswood door again. I bought four prehung interior doors and all of them were poorly constructed. The gaps on the hinge side of the doors were very inconsistent and needed to be adjusted which wasn’t easy. I also had to remove the door stops and reattach them so the doors would fully close and latch once the doorknobs were installed. Go with a different company and save yourself the extra work and headache. Very poor craftsmanship. Very disappointing.

They look great! Install went smooth. Not solid but not hollow. Good quality.

Door jamb flush with door at the bottom and the bottom door hinge on all 3 we bought was routed in too deep which caused the door to bind. What should be a 15 to 20 minute install took over an hour due to all the adjustments needed. We got it installed, but it still is not perfect.

For the price, I guess these doors are ok. They aren’t bad, but they’re not fantastic either. The quality of the joinery was just ok too - small gaps at the corners that needed to be caulked. Again though, for the price these doors are decent.

the doors aren’t finish correctly , the width was cut to fit in for the size i asked and wasn’t finished , , the corners where with some kind of filler paste but didn’t sand it th staples where all showing leaving a “bump”. took it because i need it and i know how to fix this issues . NASTY JOB !
