The quality is good, but door comes out dinged on both corners, but not worth a hassle to return it. A bit challenging for DYI to make it squared and function properly. It took me 2 days DYI to complete the job, separating my office/music room to family room. Hanging some well placed noise suppressant helps and gives accent to the door. Noise was significantly reduced. I'm only concerned that the glass seemed not TEMPERED. A big no-no for a door for safety reason.

Not solid wood but was not advertized as such. Overall good quality doors and has worked perfectly in our home. Not sure how the plastic coating on the glass went on but still yet to paint it. Once I do ill comfirm but seems the plastic was put down on one large glass window, then the trim was placed over. If thats the case, this might be very difficult to remove, but again i will follow back up. Doors are plum straight, packaged nicely and exactly what we needed. Gave 4 stars until i confirm about the plastic wrap over glass

Good product. This was my first time doing a project like this and I'm happy with how it turned out. Note, there are two screws on top of the doors holding them in place for shipping purposes. Make sure you remove them before installing the doors.

Ordered these doors early into an office remodel taking and open archway formal dining and closing it in for an office since teleworking is going to be more and more the norm for our household. Doors arrived and the framing, sheetrocking and painting began. By the time the doors were hung it was past the 30 day purchase time. The frames were hung square in every way we could, 4 foot level on all the hinge brackets show square. The doors were shimmed to make the two doors match spacing wise. But the problem arose that one door bows out and one door bows in so even though they were fairly square up top by the time you reach the bottom of the 96" door the right door is 1"+ into the hallway compared to the left door (which has bent more towards room). We reshimmed and reshmmed for hours to try and make this work, nothing. We tried to put pressure with weights and stops to make them line up more and as soon as pressure was removed it would just move back to the way they were. As mentioned before it was outside 30 day return for HD so I called crosswood who said "sorry you didnt order from us, you will have to work it out with HD" So now i am stuck, with warped doors on a fresh project. The door itself seems valuable for the cost. The look is good and the quality is in line with what you pay for it. I really like the door look and overall presentation if they were just square doors! And not warped to a spot that will lower the aesthetic or our work every time we have both doors closed.

Great price. The door frame assembly was somewhat sloppy. Looked like whoever put it together was in a hurry. Should look okay after caulk and paint. Item was packaged well and had no damage.

One door alignment is not proper

Very High Quality Doors. Very smooth finish. All the glass had film installed for easy painting. Only disappointment was with installation of the hinges. Many of the hinges were miss-aligned making reinstallation of the doors (after painting) difficult. Some of the hinge screw holes required plugging and drilling to align the hinges properly. Overall the doors met expectations with a little extra work.

The doors are pretty nice. I don’t hang great. There’s a gap at the top on one of the doors that’s quarter inch bigger than the other side and you can see a little light through it. So I would not consider these great doors but for the money they’re OK.

The doors came on a beat up pallet that was falling apart, there was no apparent damage to the doors or the frame though. I paid to have it installed and after all adjustments it was noticeable that the doors were warped. The doors do not sit flush with each other, or flush to the frame when closed. One is way worse than the other. I asked for a replacement door to swap the worst warped one out. The only solution I got was "return the item" which is impossible. Horrible customer service.

initially I order one that came as defect. second again ordered it came some small defects but myhandman is fixed those issue. it looks good.

Ordered this door 2x, and both times there was a problem. However, I was able to modify the problem on the last door. But this is the worst door I have ever seen produced and sold. Buyer beware!

Order doors twice each time something was wrong with them winged up going to Millwork the person promised me that the doors would be expedited and what that was not true. I really need them before the 30th of May.

Wood not catching nail well to install a handle after a couple attempts at one side of the door but overall a solid door.

The door was uneven and didn’t align correctly. Manufacturers default.
