Easy install and programing (five minutes). Its nice that the cylinder can be switched. Like most any residential level sets it can be defeated with a little bit a knowledge but acts a quick visual deterrent for anyone who is curious about trying to be in space they should not have access to.

Exterior handle came off
After 17 months of use, the exterior handle camd off because the screw inside holding it together broke off. Manufacturer will not replace it after 1 year.

We're here to help! To secure your lever onto the shaft, please follow these steps:
1. Install the lever on the shaft with the door open.
2. Insert the key into the cylinder to Unlock it.
3. Insert the 3/32 Allen wrench into the hole on the bottom of the lever, and rotate the Allen wrench clockwise to tighten the lever.
