I was extremely pleased at first with the value and convenience of this combo, and installation was very easy with concise instructions. But within 2 weeks of light use, a plastic tube inside cracked, stranding me from a screwdriver to fix it. Keyed outside still functions but cannot be locked/unlocked from inside. Now I have to replace all 4 pieces with new keys :(

I bought these as a simple way to change the locks in my new home, and I love how all 4 locks are keyed the same! It comes with 4 keys, so immediately I’ve got the extras I need for family. Installation was easy, just needed a phillips screw driver. The tricky part is getting the strike plate installed on the door frame so that it lines up exactly with the deadbolt. I found that putting a strip of painters tape across the hole in the door frame, then closing the door and gently pushing against the tape by activating the deadbolt (not all the way), makes a crease in the tape that serves as a placement guide for the door strike. For almost less than the price of having keys duplicated, I have new locks and door knobs on my home, and can be assured that any neighbors or previous residents with keys to the old house no longer have access!

Super easy replacement, took me all of 5 minutes from removing the old knob to the new one being installed.

I've had this set now for 2 weeks, and have not had any problems with it. The set was easy to install and very affordable. I also like that it came with 4 keys, I would definitely recommend this set.

Two knobs, both broke.. the first broke in the first month, the other in about 6 months.. they just pulled right off when trying to close/lock the door.. one broke from the inside and one from the outside. The brass coloring rubbed off in less than a year.. And the knobs don't really lock into place. Difficult installation. Also, I think it's real dumb that the key holes don't match and go the same way.

Pretty good locks for the money. Easily rekeyable with my rekeying set. and finish seems to last several years before showing signs of wear.

The installation was quick and simple.

finished setting up and noticed that one of the locks wasn't closing properly, need o return for an exchange.
