The installation was quick and simple.

finished setting up and noticed that one of the locks wasn't closing properly, need o return for an exchange.

nice change for front door.

Everything worked well with the same key for all 4 locks. Shipping on time too actually a day earlier thanks.

Assembly was easy except for you have to reverse key hole for the door knob and the instructions tell it’s alright for it to be upside down!!not happy with that part.

Packaging sucked and only 2 keys. With 2 locks, I would think you would get 4 keys.

This is a cheap lockset. I attempted to install it, but the deadbolt and door handle kept binding up (hard to turn the deadbolt, and the door handle wouldn't fully reset after turning the handle to open the door). After spending lots of time trying to make it work, I returned the whole thing to Home Depot and got a Schlage - more expensive, but works much better.

Kwikset, like many traditional hardware items; the once high level of quality you could depend on, has slipped into mediocrity. Do they “work”? The answer is yes, they work ok. However the tumblers and key operation is rough, sticky, not as smooth and positive as they once were. I gained some improvement when I “deburred” the keys with a wire brass wheel, and lubed the tumbler barrel a bit. But the point is, that the customer shouldn’t need to support or correct the manufacturing process when buying a new product. I maintain several tenant occupied properties; I change a lot of damaged lock sets. I need a product that I can install and walk away confident that it will perform perfectly. I won’t be returning to Kwikset in the future.

I purchased two of these packs at the same time and discovered they both have the same key. Otherwise, a convenient package and good products.

I chose kwickset even though it cost a little more because off brand products lately have been under par. I did have to grease them a little but they are great.

I bought this to add to my new door that was installed 6 months ago. I am an experienced homeowner and well versed in the trades. Since installment the inside knob has fell off 3 times. Both the inside and outside knob are very weak and there is ALOT of wobble to them. Worst door knob I have ever bought, every-time we open our door we take a gamble on if this thing is going to fall apart. Every time we lock it who knows if someone will just rip it off. Horrible and unreliable product- total waste of money.
