[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great purchase for those unable to install plumbing for a regular WD. It takes some getting used to because the dryer process is so different, but I don’t find it takes as long to do a load as some others complain about. Machine is very quiet, washes clothes well and not having to lug things to a shared laundry room is priceless. I’m subtracting a star mainly because the promise of downloadable cycles is silly-the only option that is distinct in any way is rinse and spin. Also because it’s not possible to dry things on very low heat or as far as I can tell, to set the continuous wash dry cycle to low heat. There is a low heat setting but it’s not that low. The condensation method of drying doesn’t work as well for removing things like dog hair or wrinkles either, so it’s not quite the same tool as a regular dryer. Large sheets tend to come out wrinkled unless dried in two batches. All that said, I’m so thrilled there’s an option like this when installing a full set isn’t an option. It’s an efficient, quiet, workhorse of a machine that cleans clothes beautifully. Would I choose it if I’d had the option of a full set? Probably not. But for what it is it’s a great machine.

Even though we bought the WD in July but started to use in November. the only complain that I have spinning time its moving even though the machine was balanced and we used untie skid pads.

I bought this machine thinking it was a lot easier. In fact it’s way harder. It takes forever to dry. Even after the dry cycle I find myself adding more time. Then if I’m lucky they might be dry or they are wetter then before I started.

Ive owned this unit for 6 months now. Was hesitant to get a combo washer/dryer due to many online reviews complaining about items being damp and the long time it takes to finish a cycle. Here’s my experience, doing laundry for one: it’s a pretty good machine for small loads. No complaints about the washing. And if you actually follow the drying limit (indicated in the machine), it does a pretty good job drying the typical clothes load. Clothes come out only damp enough for you to shake them off and they’ll be dry by the time you fold them. I imagine people complaining in other reviews are overstuffing their machine, or are washing dense and absorbent items like quilts or duvets, which the machine indeed won’t be able to fully dry in one cycle. I love not having to move wet laundry from the washer to the dryer. A cycle does take about 3 hours to complete, but in my experience that’s a matter of planning your day better. I sometimes set a timer for the laundry to be ready when I wake up. I not only don’t regret it but also feel glad I chose this all-in-one instead of separate units.

Bought this 4 months ago. It is the worst dryer, I have ever had. It takes forever for things to be completely dry. When you rearrange items and place on again. The automatic turnoff goes off in 5/7 minutes. Your items are still damp!

This unit washes a shall amount of clothing. IT DOES NOT DRY CLOTHES AS STATED! The unit sprays clothing with steam as it dries, so the clothing comes out wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two months ago and I am happy with it. My first use I did not understand to use it much and was also afraid of messing it up. I personally feel the directions are not very clear and should be more in-depth. I finally got to understand it and I now look forward to wash day. It does take a while to dry clothes fully. All in all, it is a compact washer and worth the cost.

It's okay. For people having trouble using a dry only cycle, it is possible but you have to read the owners manual to figure it out. It's convenient in the sense that it is a unit that dries and washes, plugs into a regular outlet and doesn't need a vent. It's much smaller than expected and you really cant fit too many clothes in it if you like to do large loads. You can't really wash or dry any comforters because of the size as well. If you fill the unit to max capacity and use the wash+dry cycle the total laundry time is around 5 hours. If I wasn't a single person this machine would almost be unusable.

I was extremely surprised to find that one load of laundry under the normal settings takes 5 Horus and 45 minutes. The washing cycle is about 3 hours long, the drying cycle also as long. At the end of the cycle, my load was still slightly wet and extremely wrinkled. There is a quick wash option and you cannot dry the clothes separately unless you do a Spin/Dry cycle. I'm on hour three of drying my clothes this way and they're still wet. Save yourself the energy. Don't purchase.

I just load it, add a pac, set the dial to wash + dry and 2 1/2 hours later clothes come out clean . . . washed AND dried in the Same Unit. When I first removed an article of clothing it seemed damp, but as soon as the air hit it, it was dry and any wrinkles disappeared on the hanger. The cost was about the same as buying a stackable or a separate washer/dryer set, yet requires less space and is so convenient, no transfer of clothes from washer to dryer. It's great for 1 person or maybe 2 (depending on lifestyle). I'm a disabled, 74 year old senior with mobility issues and live alone. My LG all-in-one is so easy to use . . . helping me to maintain my independent lifestyle. No regrets, I would buy this product again.

This easily fits in a small space, but allow room for tubes and cables out back. Fits under standard counter, for projects out a few inches, but it's not an issue. Wifi feature is something I didn't think I'd want, but it's great. You'll know exactly when you load is fine and can remote start with minimal set up. I wish my other machines had it now. Considering it's an all-in-one, there are maybe a dozen wash cycles... And only one wash and dry cycle. Of course I want to wash and dry! With minimal adjustment the machine sits well on the drip tray I found. Minimal/modest vibration upon very high speed spinning. Very quiet during wash and dry stages, unnoticeable really. Washes clothes well of course. Drys well too when loaded as suggested (less than half full drum). Used as ventless. Wash and dry takes 2h10m every time. Very reasonable. Apart from only having one useful wash cycle (wash AND dry), it's near perfect. I honestly don't see what anyone is complaining about. Used in a dental office.

Most people who don't like it, didn't read the instructions throughly. We don't do a lot of laundry, but we love it. Just have to learn what works for you. Lots of options, ventless, what's not to love.

From day on either dryer is not working and showing an error message "d HE". I called LG few times they brought new parts and still not working. I am trying to return it but homedepot refusing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great compact washer for small spaces. I am happy that it is a combo that gets the job done just like an individual washer and dryer. I think it is priced affordably and was very easy to install. I definitely recommend purchasing an anti-vibration pad as it does move around from vibrating especially if not properly leveled. After placing the pads and ensuring it is properly leveled, it does not move during the vibration from spinning the load. This combo has definitely have me saying “Life Is Good”!

I bought this to go in my small apartment kitchen. It fits right under the counter and blends in with the other stainless appliances. It is amazingly quiet and does an outstanding job washing and drying. Yes, it takes awhile to dry but NOT having to wire your house or apartment with 220 volts or the hassle of a big dryer vent hose is AMAZING. An easy workaround for the 2 hour wash/dry cycle is I just have made a habit of starting a load right before bedtime a couple times a week. LOVE that I can start the wash remotely with my phone too. Love this washer dryer

I have only had this about 2 years and it has been constant issues. After about one year, we had to replace the pump 3 times. Now year 2 and the control panel has gone. I like the whole idea but it's not worth the money. I would recommend buying the extra maintenance plan which we didn't do.

I would love to share how great this is. I have had 2 service calls in 6 months. Worked great a couple of times. Very sensitive to any hindrance in filters etc. Error codes occur all the time

I like the features that it has like being wifi enabled and the many different programming options. It works really well and saves on space. It does take a long time for a wash and dry cycle that is one drawback. Also some garments come out wrinkled. But overall we really like it. We are very happy with our purchase.

It's about the size of a dishwasher so it doesn't take up a lot of space. It washes and dries my clothes perfectly. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it.

Dryer did not work from day one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product combines washer and dryer and takes less space. More importantly, it is ventless. Typical NYC apartments don't have air duct for ventilation to the outside. This product is perfect in such scenario.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lint filter is in the rubber that surrounds the tub, very difficult to clean it. I have problems reaching into the filer surround to clean it. Another filter on the left bottom a small hose has pull out and put end into container to catch water, than pull out a little lint box to be cleaned.

I was looking for a new washer & dryer and after many search I decided to give the oportunity to this LG All in One machine. I was a little worry to buying this machine, but I am totally happy. It is small, exactly the size that I need for my small apartment, new technology that I didn't expect and I am able to take care of my clothes. My friends already love my new machine and I passed all te information because they will like to buy the washer/dryer. What can I say.... My Life's Good .... I love this brand!
